If I could rate it as 0 I would. Took my vehicle for a valve cover gasket repair. Found out after a separate visit that they screwed up on replacing the gasket. I then came on a separate day for an unrelated repair: turns out I was told the cover gasket was incorrectly repaired and that Caleb told me they would fix it and get it done . Then, at this date, I go to a separate mechanic and was told the valve cover was leaking and spilled over my spark plugs and ignition coils, costing me another $380 to fix. Wont be back.

Would rate zero stars if I could! Called the St. John’s location and was quoted $92 for an oil change. Called this location on two separate times (within a two day period because I had to reschedule) and was quoted $83 both times. I asked for the military discount initially and told them I have 6 quarts of oil. I was very transparent and so was the employee. When I arrived, I was quoted $92 and told the military discount couldn’t be applied. The manager was very rude, dismissive and flat out told me he wouldn’t honor the price. Although I was told $83 two separate times. Before leaving, I walked towards his office and addressed him as,”Sir.” He stayed glued to his computer, couldn’t look at me, and responded,”Yea.” I told him, “This is exactly why I’m not getting my oil changed here. The customer service here is unacceptable. You don’t treat customers like that.” I’m driving to the Chevy dealership now. I’ve only used Goodyear once before. The first time was at the St. John’s location and service was great. Today ruined my experience with Goodyear and I am just sticking to the Chevy dealerships. Luckily there’s a special today so I will end up paying just about the same I would’ve at Goodyear, maybe a few dollars more. For me, it’s the principle. I would gladly pay if it means having a company that’s honest, polite, values the customer, and doesn’t participate in bait and switch. Just read a review and another customer mentioned how rude the manager (Sergio Lozano) is and how he condones bait and switch behavior!

Great team and excellent service! I had a nail removed from a Tesla Y and they were able to repair it. I had a great experience. My white seats were protected and the technician actually washed his hands before getting into my vehicle after the tire repair! They had the Tesla jack pads and I was in and out on a Sunday within 40 minutes. Thanks for the great work!

Went into Goodyear at 11800 San Jose Blvd today, 03 Sept. 2024, with a flat. Had the good fortune of meeting Caleb Rogers, Service Manager. I was impressed with him and his honesty. In this day and age it is impressive to meet a young man of his caliber. Courteous, Respecful and Honest. He will be my go to guy at Goodyear from now on. Hope Goodyear recognizes you in some way for your efforts. They are Lucky to have you.

I used to go to Tire Kingdom until I got tired of their games. Since then I have been going to Goodyear here on San Jose. They have treated me well and have earned my business. The manager Andreas, I think I misspelled his name but he and the staff go out of their way to take care of all my tire needs and good pricing, I would recommend them over any other tire places. Caleb will take care of you. I use them for anything automotive.

Caleb was very helpful. He took the time to explain things and answered my questions. He showed me the old parts that were replaced and how they were defective. He presented several options for me to consider before doing any repairs. Didn't recommend to do work that wasn't needed - brake pads had 50k miles on them but he said they're still good for another 20k miles. Trustworthy and good quality work. Would highly recommend.

I have never had a bad experience here! Caleb Rogers is always such a pleasure to work with! In the past 6 months, I have had to get new tires, new breaks, rotors and oil change. Caleb worked with me on reasonable pricing and made me feel like I was very important to the Goodyear family 😁 I'll be back for sure 😊

If I could give a zero, I would give a zero. We took our granddaughter car this morning to this Goodyear to be fixed. My husband told the gentleman checking us in that he thought it might be the alternator, but we had not had it looked at yet. My husband talked to Caleb a couple of days ago, and he said to bring it in on Saturday. We have dealt with Caleb in the past, and he had always been great to work with. We brought it in today, and Caleb wasn't there yet, and we dealt with a gentleman named Sergio Lozano. We told him what we thought was wrong with it but had not had it looked at yet. We told him Caleb told us to just bring it in on Saturday. He printed out paperwork and asked us to sign, which my husband did. He never discussed price or pointed out any price on the paperwork.. We gave him two numbers to call to let us know. One number was our daughter. She got a call a couple of hours later and said it was ready. She called me and I was alarmed. I told her to call Caleb back and ask what was wrong with it and how much. He told her it was almost 1000.00. We would not have gotten it fixed if we had known that!! No one even called us to tell us it was the alternator for sure. I called up and talked to Caleb, and he pretty much said it is what it is because we signed even though we had no idea what we were signing for.!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!THIS IS NOT REPUTABLE AT ALL!!! WE THOUGHT WE SIGNING A WORK ORDER NOT A SALES AGREEMENT! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MR. LORANO AGAIN!

Service Manager Caleb earned my business away from the Dodge dealership. An 8:30am appointment at Dodge turned into "we won't get to looking at it until the afternoon". I left, drove to Goodyear, and after a short wait, they had my car in the bay getting the work done. I was back home three hours before the dealership could even look at my car. Not only will our household get our tires from this location, but also oil changes and tire rotations. The vehicle rides the best it has since I purchased it.

Andreas was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will be taking my car here for all future repairs going forward. They completed the repairs for half the price that Hyundai estimated it would cost and with a lot less hassle and better top notch customer service.

Cannot express my gratitude for this place enough! Especially toward Amir and Denzel. I was making my way down San Jose when an object in the road punctured my tire. I desperately called around 30 minutes before every tire shop in the area was closing, and these guys were gracious enough to see me and take care of my car. Not only that, but they were quick to identify the problem and get it fixed. Thank you, Amir and Denzel, for coming to the rescue and for the excellent service!

Great tire place, you have to patient they are extremely busy. I think it's a testament to their service. Better to schedule an appointment, there will still be a wait but the work is good and staff is friendly. Thank you Amir for taking good care of my car and being so kind.

I have trusted this location location with my car for 10 years. I had a specialized service schedule today As there is only 1 person there that can do the service. However when I showed up there was no information on this apt, no record of my conversation. Let's just say it got to the point of me walking out. Did they care they lost a customer of 10 years? Nope, there is no loyalty thereyearnthingthscheduled service.

I just left the store. Went there to get new tires. Great service by everyone. Andreas was very helpful, and answered all our questions. Some of them for other services not offered by them and he was kind enough to recommend us where to go. Definitely will come back for regular services when the car is due. Thank you

Just had the best experience at Goodyear tire and service. Caleb was awesome! . I can't say enough about him. A real gentleman and professional. Without going into detail, he went above and beyond for me just because he's a good person. I highly recommend Goodyear Auto service just for Caleb alone.
