Called to have the guy answer, ask me to be put on hold, and put on hold before I could even respond. When he came back I asked about installing a brand new tire on a brand new motorcycle wheel for the guy to tell me nope no motorcycle wheel bye as he then hung up on. Whoever’s at the desk needs to be replaced, cause I guarantee I’ll never come here for service with someone having a curt attitude like that.

Avoid using GoodYear if you have a German car. I called and asked the price for a full synthetic oil change. They told me $85. When I arrived and they saw my VW Atlas, the price went up to $162.99 plus tax.The VW dealer is currently charging $89 plus tax. This GoodYear store is a rip off and I am disappointed because I was planning to bring my Ford truck here but they have lost my business.

Friendly service. Tires cost money. No cheaper anywhere else. I looked. They don't steer you in the wrong direction. I bought 4 max life tires. Same price everywhere in town. They saved me on a 100 dollar alignment. They told me not necessary. And free rotation anytime. That works for me. Fast service!

Had an appt. Waited an hour and my car had not been seen yet. I was waiting for the car but I can't just sit and do nothing. I walked around ate some lunch came back and "I get maybe your car will be next" BUT NO I WAITED another hour. What is the point of an appt...ps there were e no customers when I got there. Staff informed me that there is always at least an hour wait...just not used to having to wait so long

My wife went in with my son’s car was greeted by the Assistant Service Manager Laszlo. He was helpful with a tire repair. Very professional and courteous.

I had a flat on the Florida turnpike highway and stopped by to do a quick repair for a plug or out the spare tire but there is nothing quick about this place. Workers in general are nice but they just move in such a low speed. If you have plenty of time to drop the car off it’s a good place but for a quick tire fix it’s not great.

Had them install my rims. They completely bent my rim. It will cost me now $150 to have fixed or $280 for a new rim. They also scared the inside of the same rim. Glad that part isn't noticeable. If you care about you vehicle please find another shop. Jupiter Goodyear has gone down hill. Goodyear sent me payment for the rim repair. Change 1 star to 3 star.

If I could give less stars I would. This company is a joke of an automotive shop. They are rude and disrespectful on the phone and apparently the one mechanic they have is always sick or hurt or just too busy catching up on work. Not to mention that he's a terrible mechanic at that. I've had several vehicles that have need to go to another mechanic because they botched a repair. Maybe hire more than one mechanic? Its a silly issue to have. We are a service company and a reliable mechanic/ tire shop is essential to our business operations as we have 20+ vehicles. I have given Good Year several chances since new management has taken over and the quality of service has declined 10 fold. They clearly do not care about their customers anymore. Which is a shame because they used to do such good and reliable work in the 5 years they have taken care of our vehicles. Do not take your vehicle to this company for anything other than tires. Honestly I wouldn't recommend the tires either. The tires have blown out countless times less than a year since purchased. The tread rips off entirely and has flipped up and hit brake lines and cause more costs and downtime of vehicles. Oh, and they can't fix the brake lines because the don't have a mechanic.

Worst experience with any shop ive ever been to. Had a 9 am APPOINTMENT. Asked for 3 things to be done to my car got a call at 330pm saying they just got to my car (whats the point in an appointment then) and telling me what should be serviced on my car most of the stuff being what i already asked for. Long story short got a 9 hour oil change with an appointment and 2 of the 3 things i asked to get done didnt get done. them being a cabin air filter and brake fluid. So thanks for my longest ever oil change. Will never be back and be sure to tell people to avoid if possible

I brought in a tire that was loosing air and needed to be replaced. We did the paperwork and I left a 3:30 and was told to be back a little before 5 (closing time). I was there at 4:45. Tire wasn't touched because the work order never made it to the shop. The upside was this young man ran around that shop like he was on fire. The tire was done and balanced in less than 15 minutes. Great job!

I had a customer service issue at a few of the tire shops and one dealership in the area. Goodyear was fast and friendly, made sure my tire wasn't losing air and invited me back to make sure everything was going good. This team is AWESOME with excellent customer service!

Takes years to find a customer.....they lost this one in seconds. As I watched 2 people working, being supervised by 2, and one employee standing around, I inquired about fixing my tire with a nail in it. I was told with a look, not today. Now I don’t know what was going on, but with one car in the numerous bays, I didn’t get the impression this garage was going to stay running long. Don’t waste tour time stopping here, head to Tire Kingdom on Bush Rd, across the street from Walmart....now read my next review, night and day differences with can do attitudes and customer service.

This place is outstanding! I have gotten oil changes and tires installed here several times. They are all great guys and do an excellent job each time. Mike is also very helpful at the front. Love this place!

Tip for customers: If you make an appointment and there is a listed time for completion, that indication DOESN’T MEAN ANYTHING. If you come in to get your car an hour after that time, don’t be surprised to find out they are nowhere near finished and will be very rude to boot.

Very poor customer service. Didn’t touch my tires for 6 1/2 hours even with an appointment and were condescending when I asked questions. I called Tire Kingdom who offered to do it in 2 hours. Shockingly once I told the Goodyear Employees that my car was done in 30 minutes. Do not go here. I’ve never written a negative review but this was the worst customer service experience and car service experience I ever had.

We were traveling on the turnpike and had a blown trailer tire. We called, and they had the tire in stock. Chuck and Kevin the tech were able to get us back on the road quickly and with excellent service!!!! Thanks again Chuck!
