Horrible experience. I went in for a $12 inspection, and the first thing they say is--"we're up to about $940." The tech that did the inspection was gone when I went to pick it up and out of the 5 other employees, no one could tell me why I failed or what I needed to do to fix it. Customer service is a thing of the past.

I had an 8:30am appointment for an oil change and arrived and checked in at 8am to wait. I’ve never had to wait more than an hour for an oil change; I finally got my car at 10am

Distinctly mid. I came in for a brake job and the initial quote they called me with was for $1300 due to upsold service. Not a big problem but it was a bit jarring. One of the recommended services was a coolant flush... which I'd had done two weeks ago at another shop. My other issue is that after paying $500+ for service, I got my car back with low tire pressure. Not a big thing but it shows a distinct lack of attention to detail. My experience was not like, aggressively bad, but I don't feel compelled to come back.

They were able to fix my car within a timely manner and get the parts in as well overnight. They also offered to help me out with transportation needs, as the car I needed worked on is my only means of transportation. I think they are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. The quality of parts and work put into your vehicle is well worth the money you are paying them to do so. The only reason I am docking them one star is the lack of people they have on site. I really wanted my AC looked at, but was told they do not have an AC tech working there (after I was told they would look at it, and after I was told it was ready, kind of inconvenient). Also, just waiting around, I heard at least 3 people ask for inspections, but yet, they don't have someone qualified to do inspections either. It is super inconvenient to not have qualified technicians at this location. Other than the lack of help, I do recommend this place if you can afford it. They were very transparent with the pricing up front. They were also able to get me in same day, if that helps anyone's decision. *UPDATE* After I wrote this review funny enough, an employee from here started texting me, personally, and has not stopped. He got my phone number from the company (pretty sure there are rules against that?!). Given the lack of respect the employees seem to show to people’s privacy, I am now turning my stars down to your company. This is creepy, and SUPER unprofessional. It’s baffling to think if the employees have access to my phone number and has abused that privilege, if they would abuse the accessibility of my address as well. This is very disappointing. I will not be returning, nor will I refer people here. Sad given my company gets discounts here, however, not worth peoples safety.

Very disappointed with this location. Had early morning (told first thing) appointment for a tire inspection and to have them check a potential repair. I specifically told them I needed new tires. I called them around 1:00 to get update. Wasn't called back until 4:30ish and told I potentially needed the repair. They did not have a quote for the repair so he worked one up while I was on the line. Then I asked about the tires. They hadn't even looked at potential tire options. I was told they only had a certain set "in stock" and of course, they were the most expensive. I inquired about other options and they said it was too late in the day to get different tires and it would be the next day before they could get them. So, my car was there all day for tires and they wanted to keep it for another day. Seriously. Do they really think people don't need their cars? They did not listen to my needs, treated me with indifference, and did not provide adequate customer service. No way I was going to trust them to work on my vehicle. Not going back here again.

Scheduled an appointment for 1PM for an alignment, and they didn't even start working on the car until 4PM. Why are we scheduling appointments if you aren't able to keep the appointment? This was on a Wednesday and no reason for excessive wait time. They don't care about your time at this location. If your time is important I recommend going somewhere else.

I called ahead and made an appointment for my mother’s car to be serviced. I asked for the first appointment of the day because the last time I brought my own car in for service with an appointment I had to wait 4 hours to get it done - I had no one who could pick me up so I just had to wait. So I arrived today at 9:00am expecting to to get my mom’s car serviced and saw that they open at 8:00am and there were already two people ahead of me. I was told when I checked in that someone had called in sick and the 9:00am guys hadn’t come I yet. I was told that I would have an extensive wait. Since I had no one to pick me up I was forced to just wait. I’m retired so I had the time but my mother depends on me for transportation and she had a doctor appointment at 2:00pm. I waited for more than 3 hours to get my mom’s car serviced- oil change and battery check. When I went out to the car and started it the “service engine soon” light was still on which is why I brought it in originally. I went back in to the store and spoke to a young woman at the counter and said the light is still on. She talked to someone in the garage and a young man came out with something that looked like an iPad and spent several minutes punching buttons on the car. He got out and said “Ok, everything looks good.” I got in the car and the “service engine soon” light was still on. I went back in the store and told the young woman at the desk that the light was still on. She went back to the garage and spoke to someone and came back and said “Well, we did the oil change and service and didn’t see any problems.” I asked if it was safe to drive the car and she shrugged and said “We can’t really guarantee that”. I said “What am I supposed to do? Take it to a dealer?” She said “Yes, because you can get a complete diagnostic there. We don’t have a tech who can do that here”. I left pretty disappointed and when I started the car another light came on saying “the tire stability needed to be checked” in addition to the “service engine soon” light. I will NEVER take one of our vehicles for service there again. They did the minimum maintenance that we asked for with the minimum amount of customer service. Would definitely NOT recommend this business!!!

Goodyear on State Line always takes care of us. Recently we discovered that we needed a new set of tires right before going out of town. Milia recommended a set and found availability to complete the installation before the end of the day before we left the next morning. She and her colleagues at Goodyear deserve my thanks for a job well done. Thank you!

Picked up a screw in the tire, they fixed it and rotated within an hour. Also, if you have Goodyear tires, they can do it at a discount.

Technician will improperly maintenance your vehicle and cause you to go to another shop to fix their mistakes. They try to up sell you on service you don't need and will make you wait forever. Nobody there cares about customer satisfaction. Go to firestone

Don't take your car here. They damage parts and then argue with you about the repairs. Not to mention they try to up sell on things that aren't needed. Rude and untrustworthy.

Avoid them at all costs. In my experience they would rather look incompetent and try to make a buck, then to do the right thing and gain new customers The employees at this location are extremely incompetent. I took my truck in today to get a flat fixed. I had to put a plug in it myself because at the time it was my only option. I should have walked out the door when they told me they could not pull that plug out of the tire and put a patch it. I went against my better judgment. I took time off work to drive my truck there. I get a call an hour later. They told me they could not get the tire off because the lug nuts were rounded off. Two days prior to that I had the tire off using a normal tire wrench (4way) to get those same lug nuts off. They took advantage of the fact that they know those lug nuts are known to swell. I wanted to sell me $60 worth of lug nuts. They proceeded to tell me that they couldn't get them off and they need to be replaced, yet they could get them off to sell me lug nuts. This is probably the worst experience I've had. Their loss I was going to order $1,600 worth of tires from them today. They lost 1600 to make 60.

Dropped my car off at Goodyear at 103rd and State Line at 1:00 for a 2:00 appointment for oil change and tire patch. Called at 5 to check status. They told us it would be ready at 6. Come at 6. They haven’t touched it. Said the would finish it tonight if we stay and wait, but won’t give us a timeline. And if we leave, they won’t start in it until tomorrow. Now the tire is flat and we can’t drive it to take it somewhere else. Waited 30 minutes and they told us there were still 2 ahead of us. Asked if we would be first tomorrow if we left it, they said they don't give any of their customers a timeline. Horrible service.Very rude and argumentative.

Goodyear is the place to go! Very clean in the waiting area and bathrooms. They have a great staff who cares about there customers, I was extremely thankful when a group of the employees tried to help me fix my tire, unfortunately we could not get it fixed, and it was no bodies fault, just couldn’t do it in the 15 minutes before they closed. However they tried they’re hardest to help me, and I want to say THANK YOU.. I appreciate all of your guys help!

Great service... If your tires are under 6 years old. They will say they can't patch based on age and will instead try to sell you a new tire otherwise. Ridiculous policy.

I came to your center because while traveling from TX to MO for Thanksgiving with family the oil in my Dodge Caravan leaked most of the oil out. I was able to get the vehicle in on Wed. and the service was completed on Friday. They did an excellent job and I believe I can drive back home with what ya'all did for me. I had service during my trip preparations in TX, also relating to the oil mechanisms, therefore I was not charged for the repairs at your center, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you again for helping me with this issue. ❤️

I have been using them for quite a few years, was just lied to, told me they could get my breaks done same day. when I brought it in, they wanted me to leave jeep over holidays. I used to defend them, now lost me as a customer.

I made an appointment for an alignment, and decided to get an oil change while I was in there. I sat for 2 hours, and then they called me up to tell me my car was done, and handed me the paperwork. Once I got to the car, I read that their alignment machine was out of service, so no alignment was done - this was the sole reason I made the appointment. They didn't once metion this when I made the appointment for an alignment, when I showed up and requested an alignment, or when I was paying. When I went back in to ask about it - no apologies - just told me I could make another appointment for when it'll be up and running again. They also refused to look at the brake work that was done recently by a different good year, since that location is within 25 miles. Said I could either go back to that one, or schedule an appointment at one more than 25 miles away. The customer service is severely lacking.

I put my Chevy Express 2500, for alignment on October 28. After 2 hours he call me you need to install 2 tyres in rear . I told now I need only Alignment. After 10 minutes they call me back saying that our alignment system is not able for your van . It’s small. I wonder after 3 hours he realizes there system is not okay? Why they wast my time?

Installed four new Goodyear wrangler tires on my Toyota and did the alignment and oil change. Dropped off the car for service and they were finished by the end of the day for pick up. it was nice that they had the exact tires I needed in stock and ready to go. Runs like a new truck. thanks!!

My tire-pressure light came on today, and I'm embarrassed to say that I've never put air in my own tires (and have only used a tire gauge a couple of times). I called these guys on 103rd and was told to come on down and they'd check my tires and fill them as needed for free. And they did! Cheerfully and quickly. Five stars for them!

This shop failed my vehicle inspection trying to charge me a lot of money for repairs. I took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion and there was nothing wrong with it and it passed the inspection. Wouldn't recommend trusting anything they say.
