I WAS LIED TO AND STOLEN FROM! I made an online appointment and when i showed up they man fussed at me for not calling because apparently they don’t look at online appointments. I call to schedule an appointment and get told to “just show up” and when i asked for an appointment again he said “just show up”. i show up 30min after they open and then get booted to the back of the line (there was no one there) because i didn’t have an appointment. I leave me car to get a patched tire and wheel alignment. 6 hours later they call and say it’s ready for pick up, i get there and he was going to charge me for everything, he forget to write down my mileage so he ran out to the car again and when he gets back he lets me know that my tire wasn’t patched. then proceeded to tell me a different price for the alignment then what was quoted, after telling him i’m not paying he lowered the price. i leave and my car is still messed up, i come back and after talking with the mechanic i find out that ALL 4 of ny tires need replacement immediately and that’s why it wasn’t patched. not only did he let me walk out with unsafe tires, he did a service that was unneed at that point because i need a new set of tires to then get aligned. will not go back to a goodyear! if i could give it a negative rating i would.

Needed a flat tire repair. I had no appointment and was out in 20 minutes. Besides that the dealer told me it couldn't be fixed I would have to buy a new tire $250 it cost me $25 at Goodyear. Good people

Good service and tires for over 9 years but last work for leak in a tire was not fixed and no obvious attempt to repair. Told me tire had a nail but Air pressure warning light came on before I could exit the parting lot.

Went to get air checked in my tires, was the 1st one to ask for this service at the time as no one else was waiting. Then another lady came in for the same thing. Guy at the desk said ok, I'll send someone out. We waited for 20 min, then another man came for the same thing. Within minutes a tech came out and immediately began to air the Mans tires. Then the 2nd lady, at this point I'm DONE!!! IT'S MY 1ST AND LAST EXPERIENCE @ Good year Fern creek, Ky. Horrible customer service 👎

Four times. Goodyear has helped me four times with simple fixes without charging me. I've bought tires here and done repairs here, but I can thankfully say that these guys run their services with honesty, honor and authenticity. I know I can treat them to be honest with me. They could have charged and taken advantage of me a few times but they haven't. I appreciate them so much and will continue use their services.

I was doing some business in Louisville and ran over a screw. The business I deal with sent me over here as it was just a few tenths of a mile away. They were very busy and it did take a little bit as every bay was full, but they patched the tire and told me there was no charge. I said what and he said yes no charge. I was dumbfounded and said thank you. We made it back to Evansville with no problems. Thank you

A week prior to bringing my car to this store, I had received an estimate from a competitor for over $3k to replace my catalytic converter. I had decided to get a 2nd opinion so I brought it to Goodyear. I was relieved when they told me that I needed to replace the deteriorated serpentine belt and tension pulley. I never told them of my prior diagnosis. Unfortunately that didn’t fix the rattling sound that was still going on. So I took my car back 2 days later, and Mike referred me to Exhaust Pro, where I’m so pleased to say, fixed the problem by welding a clamp on that had come loose, charging me only a $50 diagnostic fee! I believe the first place had intended on ripping me off for over $3k by unnecessarily replacing the entire catalytic converter, thinking I wouldn’t know any better or question the diagnosis. Mike and the staff here treated me great and were honest and I appreciate that more than I can say! I highly recommend this business for your car care needs!

I've dealt with GoodYear since the late 80’s they have always treated me with respect and honestly. The best group of guys always top notch! They have worked on every car I have owned my Camaro Z28 was in car show 1982, Explorer Sport Trac to Wife’s Impala to a Jeep. It’s good to feel safe!

I bought car tires from this place and it cost me more than $1,200. After 6 months, one of the tires tore and they refused to replace it under the pretext that they were not the manufacturer. They told me upon purchase with a three-year warranty.

Dropped car off by 9am on appointment. Didn’t receive their call until I reached out to them after 7hrs. Told me the car is ready, in perfect condition and they couldn’t find any problem. I arrived there and asked the technician to give me two minutes of his time. He found the problem in less time and advised the car is un-drivable and should be towed to the dealership. Question. What were yall doing for 7hrs? Car is ready and good to go in 1 min and then car should be towed in the next min? Now I know why their stores are closing down. ZERO STAR if possible. Wasted my whole day. Got in the car and drove off while they were all watching.

I have brought my car here for several years and the service has been ok. Brought it up last night to have them check the brakes and they call this morning to tell me someone attempted to steal my and several other catalytic converters. Your car is not safe being left here overnight. They stated they have no cameras which is ridiculous for this company. If you look through the reviews I’m not the first person this has happened to. Take your car somewhere else where it will be safer.

I have done business up here on a very consistent basis. I usually deal with Sean who is an amazing experience to deal with. He communicates effectively and is very knowledgeable. This last particular time however Sean was not in the building. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle I am greeted by a gentleman that visibly displays unhappiness and frustration. While dealing with this employee I find out he is not a manager and also not a very good communicator either. If someone greets customers and is the face of your retail operation then the experience is what should be sold and integrity displayed. As someone with a consistent history of doing business with Goodyear this was an absolutely awful experience from a store I know is capable of better. We will see if I return in the future.

I hit a concrete traffic island in the middle of a parking lot after hours, bending the edge of my wheel into and causing an unrepairable cut in the sidewall. I brought it to this Goodyear store at 7 a.m. the next morning. Service Manager Sean Berry retrieved my tire, brought it inside and said they would look at it as soon as a general technician came in. Mr. Berry called just after 8 to tell me about the cut and suggested a reasonably priced new tire to replace it. This is where most shops try to sell you four new tires. Sean didn’t. I was back on the road with a new tire by 8:15 a.m. That’s how you earn repeat customer business, not gouging them or “selling them a job.”

These guys operate on customer service and honesty, which I really appreciate. Because of that, there was no question where to take my truck for a significant fuel issue that left me on the side of the interstate. The guys diagnosed it and had me back on the road in no time. They called me with updates every step of the way and went above and beyond to give me peace of mind. The professionalism in this shop starts with the manager and reflects in each employee. 100% recommend.

Called on snow storm Friday. Needed a tire. Their telephone answering service says their social distancing. It gave me four options to pick, none of them involved a human. Are they open? Or, just this way all the time? I've moved on you should too.

I sent my pickup truck a few weeks ago. Prior to it's arrival I called and made sure it would be looked at and diagnosed that day, which was on a Monday. Didn't get diagnosed till Wednesday. They fixed the problem with it, and did a good job on that, but when I got it back, it was missing the catalytic converter, which replacing would cost me around $2200 dollars. I expected my vehicle to be kept in a secure location while they had possession of it. They do good work, but they cannot keep your vehicle safe.

I've been to this location several times for more serious services, but this time the core of my tire pressure gauge had suddenly gone bad and my tire was threatening to flatten entirely. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they replaced the core in my tire in about two seconds and didn't even charge me. The kindness and quick service really impressed me, and I'll definitely be continuing to give them my business. Good people willing to help you when you're in trouble is a rare thing. Thank you, Goodyear staff.

Weeks ago, I had my brakes done and I have to say these guy did a great job, from start to finish. Not to mention the price was affordable and I have warranty for my brakes. Long story short, I was going to take my car to the Ford dealership but those guys couldn't even be bothered to return a phone call. Anyways, Goodyear was the way to go and I got my car back in a decent time too. All around, good vehicle service, good customer service, and good prices. Highly recommend this Goodyear location.
