I had a horrible experience today....I made an appointment to have my break pads replaced and to get an oil change. When I arrived, I reiterated that I wanted the break pads replaced because they had already checked them the last 2 times I was in. 2 hours later, I checked on my vehicle and was told they were wrapping up. When I verified what was done, they said just the oil change. I reminded them I wanted the break pads replaced. This was the THIRD time I had to tell them this! They then informed me they didn't have the parts, but could get them in about 30-45 min...So it would be another 90+ min. I dropped off my vehicle at 9:30 am, and I didn't leave there until almost SIX HOURS LATER!! What should have been a simple, routine service took up my entire morning and afternoon, all because I was NOT listened to. Goodyear made me feel like a number and yet they gladly took my money ....But when presented with an opportunity to make something right, they failed miserably. No one even apologized until I said how dissatisfied I was .... No credit voucher for future service was given...NOTHING! If I treated my customers like this, I would be out of business. Great service. I found a nail in my tire. I arrived without an appointment. Everyone was very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend as reputable.

Had two new tires installed and an alignment and they did a great job. Car drives straight as an arrow and work was done quickly as well. Very satisfied with my experience, will definitely return here in the future! Edit: Just came back for an alignment on another car, the staff was very helpful and one of the techs was nice enough to stay late to get the job done. Very thankful for this shop!

I have been going to Goodyear for a long time. They have always been honest with me and never try to oversell me on something I don’t need. The staff is very friendly and they treat you with This is a good place with good people. I had my car in last week for a blown tire and they got my car ready that day. I spent more than I expected due to needing brakes and rotors and saw that the road hazard warranty was declined. I reached out to Goodyear and Jason got back to me and said they put the road hazard warranty on the tire. It gave me a lot of peace of mind that I’m covered if that tire goes. I initially got a little upset because I had to borrow money to pay for the work. But it was nothing intentional it was just an accident and Goodyear took care of it. Thanks, to Goodyear and Jason.

They are ripping people off with prices. $700 for labor and $400 for a single part which at auto store is $100 which they buy it from and charging ridiculous taxes as well. They are taking people's money without hesitation. Watch your prices people or you will be wasting your money entirely.

I had a huge gash in my tire and at 2:30pm on a Sunday started frantically calling around to get new tires so I could go to work on Monday. Cody answered the phone, almost instantly had options of in stock tires, and said if you can get here ASAP we will get them done for you today. They had all four tires changed over in 1 1/2 hours. So thank you Cody & the rest of y'all for being an absolute life savers.

Leaking tires after replacement. They can’t fix it right away. Have to schedule it out and wait a day or two because they already have my money and want yours first.

I had a nightmare situation happen on the way back home from picking up a car in Kentucky. There was a rock on the interstate that blew out the sidewall of my front tire and I needed to have it replaced on a Sunday. The team here was very helpful and understanding and were able to squeeze me in. I really appreciate the help and was able to get back home. Thank you.

The employees don't know what they are doing. We had a problem. I asked them to replace the starter, and they told me to replace the battery. I spent $300 to replace it. I still had a problem, and then they said the starter needed to be replaced. I don't know if it is a scam or what you call it. I took my money back. I replaced my starter in the other shop in 15 minutes. My car is running fine now.

3 stars because we've had 5 star experiences and 1 star experiences. The employees are good and have been helpful, but the company doesn't seem to have its act together. Twice we've used the online scheduler, came at our scheduled time to find out the scheduler wasn't updated and we would have to come back. And the price is never what we agree to. The last time we were overcharged from the quoted price by about $40 for a $35 service. We won't be back.

I had a flat tire today while in town to pick up people from the airport. I live more than an hour away. The folks here were so friendly and said they would do their best to work me in. And they did! I appreciate their service and their friendliness.

I had a tune up from a local repair shop on Lexington rd. Being certified and having experience is a huge gap on best service. A spark plug and The GoodYear team, helped me get back on the road with a referral to Mr. Transmission on Hunsinger rd. Another awesome team of experience.

Mike is the Best! I have been coming to this location since the 90’s Mike has always helped me with the other guys that have helped me resolve the issue’s that Have occurred with our vehicles. You can depend on this guys they know what they are doing when it comes to automotive repair! The service technicians are top notch! Thanks Guys! Terry is here if I remember correctly.

Sometimes it only takes something small to revive one’s faith in humanity. I needed a wheel switched out on my truck- both were inflated and if I’d had my jack with me I’d have done it myself. But since I didn’t, I required some assistance. Nothings ever free, so when they told me there was no charge, it humbled me and set the wheels for paying it forward. My chance came about 30 minutes later when I encountered a stranded motorist and provided him a ride to his family members home. I believe the Goodyear managers name was Kaiser(?) and this one action benefitted at least 4 people with his kind deed.

This seems to be a really well run shop. They were able to bail me and my girlfriend out of a flat tire situation close to closing on a Sunday. I really appreciated how easy they were to work with and how they were able to squeeze a repair in instead of getting to it the next day. Thanks again!

Wonderful shop with honest mechanics. They could have charged me with an inspection fee after finding nothing wrong but they didn’t. I appreciated the time they took to look into the issue I was having with my car & even though I didn’t get any repairs done, they eased my mind and earned my future business!

No, definitely do not use Goodyear. I brought my cars for service there for years, but on several occasions they misdiagnosed what was wrong with the car, made unnecessary repairs or the wrong repairs and then haggled over refunding me. The last time was the last straw, misdiagnosing an engine problem that ended up junking the car after we brought it back twice because of their mistakes. The amount of compensation they offered was pitiful. They've lost my business for good.

This is an Amazing Shop. I was from out of town and I hit a curb and thought my alignment was off. I came in requesting a quick check and they went out of their way to prioritize me for a quick alignment check. They were honestly up front with me that there was nothing wrong with my alignment. This was my first experience with the crew at this location. I've previously been doing business for many years at the Shelbyville Rd location across from the Mall St Matthews. Imagine my surprise when I made an appointment for an oil change only to find out when I pulled up in front of the store that it was closed. Fortunately I always show up early for everything and it was an easy matter to simply jump on the Watterson and zip around to Bardstown Rd then right into Goodyear at the Gardiner Ln center. I Still made it before my appointed time. Terry and Deborah welcomed me to the store and sent my Jeep right back to the shop. Oil/filter change, radiator flush, fluid check for my 4WD transfer case, tire rotation, front end alignment and new wiper blades was completed in roughly 1 1/2 hours. I chose to wait for the work to be completed and made myself comfortable in the waiting area. I was surprised to find there were electric outlets, USB connectors and a nifty front desk where I could make myself at home, keep up with important emails, and even read a few chapters of my latest book while I waited. I didn't get to meet Dan Aboulfadl, the manager, but will make sure I speak with him my next visit to tell him how pleased I was with the service his crew gave. This is going to become my new home for service on my cherished Jeep. Look forward to meeting Dan and saying "Howdy" to the rest of the team soon.
