I came to this Goodyear needing my AC fixed and a new tire. Richard Manso was very nice and respectful. He spoke to me in detail about what was needed for my car and how I would be charged based on the service. He did not try to intimidate me or make me feel like I didn't know anything about cars because I am a woman. He also acknowledged my friend who was with me and made sure we were comfortable as we waited on the service to be completed. I will ask for Richard anytime I need to come back to this location. He is a very kind guy who knows his stuff!

I recently used their tire rotation services and found that while their sales team is very persuasive in selling their service packages, they consistently find reasons to delay or avoid doing the job when it comes time for the actual tire rotation. This has happened on multiple occasions, and as a result, I am very dissatisfied with their service. Their advertising is misleading and their service is full of restrictions. I advise others to be cautious and not fall for their deceptive advertising.

What a great team of people at this Goodyear tire store! Richard and Mike were very courteous and helpful. We received excellent same-day service for a set of new tires and alignment for our granddaughter’s car. They completed the work while we waited and even recommended a great place for lunch. They gave me a good deal on 4 new tires and they are very nice people. However, when I asked if they had checked the pressure on the tires, they said "yes". However, the next day the tire pressure light went on and I had to check the pressure myself. At least one tire had too high a pressure!

Great customer service, location, and fair prices. Mike Lee, my advisor was helpful, friendly, and honest. Only thing they could've done better was the zip tie they said they were going to put on a loose skid plate under the car, only to find later that it wasn't done because they were supposedly pressed for time. Seems to me that's a quick fix, and could've been done quickly. If not for this, would've given 5 stars because of the overall experience. Mike even mentioned that we could either wait in the clean, inviting waiting room, or go to the Starbucks next door. There are other dining options within a short walk, so this is a convenient location. Would definitely recommend!

Last time I changed my oil there, they did not screw well the splash protector that goes at the bottom of the car, it fell off in the highway and it ended up costing $500 in a Honda dealer for my 2016 civic. Stay away from this place! SECOND time it happends at Goodyear in 2 years. Also they placed the AC filter sideways. And leaves were going through my vents.

Buenas tardes, asistí para comprar 2 cauchos a mi carro, mi primera vez en esta tienda. Fuimos atendidos por el Sr Dixon Zuniga, desde el comienzo fue una persona mal educada, grosera, burlona. Falta de respeto en su trato hacia el cliente. Presta un mal servicio de atención. Y luego me dice que es el manager. Wow, mayor sorpresa!! Hicieron un mal trabajo en la alineación, no balancearon los cauchos y mi carro quedó on una vibración que no tenia. No me explico como ese sr ejerce un cargo de supervision o administración. Lo único que rescato de esa tienda es a un sr llamado Richard que lo vi atendiendo a otras personas, y lamente no haber sido atendida por el. se toma su tiempo para explicarle las mejores opciones a los clientes, diligente, educado. Agradable. El sr Richard debería ocupar el cargo de gerente. Dixon Zuniga, no debería representar a tiendas GoodYear. Un marca reconocida por sus buenos productos y buen servicio durante tanto tiempo.

My 18 yr old son came here to get a tire put on his car. Long story short…. Three grown men ended up getting in his face. After walking back to his car to get in it one of the men pushed him. Do not come to this shop. Old men trying to fight young adults. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Horrible!!

Pesimo servicio, ayer fui para que alinearan las gomas de mi coche y el tipo que me atendio lo primero que queria hacer era un cambio de gomas, como si yo le hubiera llegado pidiendo cambio de llantas, entiendo que ese sea su negocio, pero yo solo queria una alineacion y como me negue a cambiar las gomas pues no quiso hacerme la alineacion.

Richard, the manager at this location, is a good and honorable man. Whether you know much about your vehicle or nothing at all he will treat you with respect and honesty. I feel confident and secure knowing my own mother has her vehicle serviced here as well.

Terrible service. Will not provide an estimate for how much a repair will cost. Terrible customer service. If you don't just hand your car over with a blank check for however much they determine it will cost, they don't want to talk to you.

The best experience I've had at a mechanic. Great customer service. Richard was clear, open, and personable about my car issues. All the team members I spoke with were the same. Don't plan on going anywhere else for my car check ups.
