The worst service in Miami. Bought 2 Goodyear top of the line trailer tires, had them mounted and balanced here, a few months ago. I took them out of my truck to give them to the tech and his first word to me was NO dont leave them there? Then the manger looked at the tires and told me they can't ballance trailer tires. I told they were purchased and balanced here and then he said yeah we do that. They finally said they cant cut off a stem valve cap because Goodyear doesnt let them use the tool to do the work, a grinder or saw? Unprofessinal, negative and usless. DO NOT TRUST THIS MANANGER WITH YOU TIRES!

Son unos estafadores. Mi hija fue a comprar una llanta delantera y le dicen que tiene que cambiar una pieza de la direccion de la otra llanta delantera. Dieron un estimado de casi $900.00 . Ella dijo que esa pieza no la reemplasaria con ellos, pero igual le hicieron hacer alineamiento sabiendo que se tiene que alinear despues de cambiar la pieza de la direccion. Ellos ven mujeres jovenes sin experiencia con carros y las hacen gastar lo que no deberian. Se pasan

Employees here are always willing to give a helping hand, Ray every time I have visited is able to assist. I’ve been coming here for years considering my tires love nails. Service is great, you are in and out! I always hope the car makes it there at least when I see a nail!

Very disappointed. You're told one thing when you're given an estimate and something different at the time of payment. Example, you're given and estimate on an oil change, estimate $85. end up paying $130. I know they don't tell you tax is not included, but we know that. Then they go about that you have to pay for the disposal of the old oil and old filter and bla...bla...bla. Why can't you just tell us the full price with tax and everything else that is included. Some of us have a budget and can't pay $130 for an oil change. Tell us the truth when asked for the price of any service, stop hiding those hidden fees. It makes you look like liers and a fraud. Also those good year assurance tires you claim 85,000 miles are a fraud. Bought 4 tires twice and both times the tires didn't make it to 50,000 miles. And this claim is coming from someone who took care of his tires. Have the car alignment, and tires rotation and balance every 5000 miles. BIG FRAUD!!! I will have the BBB and the estate attorney look into it. This can't be legal. I will call help me Howard from Chanel 7. Stay away from this store.

I have been coming to this Goodyear for the last 15 years. I have brought all of my family’s cars/trucks there for all this time. They are very respectful and have amazing customer service. Rey is awesome and is extremely helpful, a special kind of person. Sergio is on top of things and super knowledgeable. Juan Carlos is on the front counter handling customers on the phone and in person and is also very knowledgeable. All together they have a great team there. I really appreciate the service that they have given me over the years. They seem to really care.

Rey Aucar from goodyear in Kendall Miami, FL Was nothing less of outstanding. He was very helpful and understanding of my situation with my blown out tires. Thanks to him and his team I was able to get back on the safely and at a great price thanks to goodyear. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone living in South, FL kendall area.

Arrived at Goodyear greeted me and promptly got my vehicle in and evaluated it and the team was awesome polite and honest I will be returning to this location with my other vehicles as well. I would recommend it.

Called to get an estimate for a flat tire and to see if I can do walk in. Called twice and “heard” sergio but he couldn’t “hear” me twice in a row. Called another company heard me no problem. FYI is 11 on Saturday. Crazy 🤦‍♂️

I chose Goodyear for my last tire change because they had a new model of EV-ready tires in stock, and this facility was near my home. While I had a scheduled appointment, the manager did call me up immediately once a slot for installation was available. I promptly took advantage of this as I was free at the time. The installation and alignment were performed roughly within the specified time frame. Unlike other facilities, I noticed that multiple short test drives were conducted after installation. The facility itself has seen better days so there is not much to do while waiting inside. There are however several small shops in the vicinity. I would definitely consider this facility again for any tire-related service needs.

Before was so amaizing I bought my tires in this store, I came for rotation take 2 hours or more with appoiment, very slow. ONLY FOR ROTATION.

Muy disgustada con el servicio del manager, compre 4 llantas con garantia me dijeron que no procedia por mil escusas obligando a su trabajador que dijera que eso era por un golpe, el cual discutio por no estar de acuerdo pero igual tubo que dar la cara porque el me vendio el producto. Muy mala su atencion del manager de esa tienda porque siendo clienta de años y nunca he tratado mal a nadie y puesto un mal review pero es penoso que por personas como este Senor los negocios caigan

Took a flat tire to be fixed. Turns out the air valve was loosened after I had gotten a tire rotation at Doral Toyota. Fixed the tire, didn't charge me, until I asked to have the tire put back on, and just to put the tire back on would've been $25.00. Took it around the corner to the park behind the place and put the tire back on myself. $25.00? Really? Nah. Everybody out for an easy cash play. Wasn't even busy yet, and they couldn't put the tire back on for me.
