Bad service. Mertelus told me to hold for 1 second and that 1 sec became 9 mins... I asked him to give me a price for alignment and he gave me an attitude and made me hold another 11 min until I finally hung up... most likely that was his plan to not have to help me

I was only in Milwaukee for the day and I had a screw in my tire. And while I like a good screw, not in my tire. I came by having purchased my tires with just tires and these guys took care of me right away! as luck would have it, it was small enough that it never even punctured my tire. Service was expedient, professional and courteous. I can’t recommend this shop enough

Got a flat at work, needed to be back on the road by noon the next day. I was able to leave my car there at the end of the day and they had the new tires on by 11:00 the next morning, in spite of not having the tires in stock at this location.

Thursday evening I rolled over a hidden piece of road debri with my vehicle, resulting in a flat tire. I earn my living with my vehicle. Every minute of down time is a financial loss. By 10am Friday morning the staff at this Goodyear location had my tire repaired and I was back on the road. The shop was busy and full. I know it was a trick for them to fit me in, but they did. The service was precise and timely. And also... the coffee was good too.

Big Scams , nothing fixed or replaced, they just charged me $85 no reason, I’m confused, don’t go please this store, I’m not satisfied to pays $85 without anything fix or replace it, 🫵🫵🫵🤡

So I called to see if they could balance my tires and unfortunately given my wheel specs they couldn’t but the girl who picked up the phone was super nice about it and recommended a shop that could do it. I appreciated that a lot, excellent customer service shame that I can’t do more business with this establishment.

Very disappointed and livid - The hours stated this business is open until 6pm. I went there to get my tire looked at around 5:30pm, it was flat and I was not sure if there was a nail in it or not. I was told that no one could even briefly look at my tire. If no one is willing to work a half hour prior to closing then there should be a sign on the door stating they refuse to look at vehicles 30 minutes prior to closing. Ridiculous.

Family member had a flat while an hour from home .. Goodyear had the tire but claimed replacing one tire was against thier policy and they would have to change out all 4... Went next store to Firestone and we were able to get the tire no problem

I need to get air added to my tires at least once a year. They do it for free with 0 wait time, is my experience anyway.

Took my car for a oil change the same day after I left it start leaking oil went back to them and I was told it was the screw on the oil pan wasn’t the right one for the car but my car didn’t leak any oil at all until that day next thing I know is that it’s gone cost me almost 600 dollars yo get it fixed in addition to that the 200 dollars for the oil change never coming back to this place

Untrustworthy and will take advantage of you. Had a nail in a tire and it was on the inside tread, well away from the side wall and they said it wasn't able to be patched. They also didn't carry the corresponding tire, so recommended changing all 4 tires. What was supposed to be a $30 easy fix, they recommended $800 to make money off the gullible.

My wife and I were traveling, and on a time limit, after noticing her tire was about to blow at a gas station...we searched for a car place. Every car place we called could not get us in....until Goodyear popped up and we called to check on availability...the customer service was outstanding. They referenced about 1 to 1.5 hr based off their busy schedule...we ended up replacing all tires and they fixed our car in less than 30 minutes. Juan was our customer service representative, he made the experience easier on us. We HIGHLY recommend using this Goodyear for all your car needs.
