First experience there Tire lock problem that prevented another tire store from repairing our flat tire, led me to call around to find an other option. Goodyear wonderful on the phone and phenomenal in person. Remedied the problem ( after a great explaination) and all done with efficiency and courtesy.

I am not from those people who like to complain, but my last visit was awful. When I called in and asked how long it will take to do alignment for my car, they told me it will take 1-1:15 min. Instead it was 2 hours of wait. My Toyota Prius gas tank was almost full 9 strips of 10. When I got my car back, I was surprise to see my gas tank was half full!!!! Only 5 strips. It's was super cold inside of my car. When I asked explanations, the guy who did service for my car told me he forgot to turn it off, and he was working on other cars at the same time. All this time, 2 hours, my car was on and AC was on 65. The good thing, I had my tank full otherwise the car would run off the gas! What irresponsible people!Just waisted my money for nothing. This is not the first time that Goodyear workers do dump staff like that. At the other location, on colonial drive, they broke the exhaust pipe in my Ford Mustang when they just supposed to change the tires only! In the end, they fixed it. However, it was stressful time to me since I didn’t know what happened to it when I drove back home; it was making loud noises. They didn't tell me that they broke the exhaust pipe when they handled the car after service. They just wanted to get rid of me. I had to come back the next day, and then they admitted that they broke it.

Recently had tires installed at this facility. Just got a nail on my tire, brought it in , James and Omar were very helpful. They quickly removed the nail and had me back on the road in no time.

If poop ate a full meal of poop and then had to use the bathroom, this establishment is what you would see in the toilet. I waited 4 hours to get to small holes patched up only to be told that I need to take the car down the street because they aren’t legally allowed to work on certain spots. Why this could be told to me by hour one is beyond me?

Makes no sense how I arrive at 11am and I’m not getting out until 1pm to change ONE TIRE. I literally watched my truck get cranked up and it sat for 10mins just on. Watching the guy circle and walk behind the truck like he changed my bumper. Then finding out I paid extra for roadside and tire replacement to find out I only had one replacement? 😂 won’t catch me a Good year again.

I'm so disappointed... I've been going to this Goodyear for multiple years. Customer service has always been hit or miss, but the work on my vehicle has always been decent enough. I went in for an oil change on 9/28 and was told they did their "29-point inspection." I was even shown the paper that had all the check marks. Come to find out when I was evacuating from a hurricane 9 days later, I had an EMPTY coolant reservoir causing the engine to run hot. I've confirmed there are no leaks and no other issues other than an empty reservoir. I take responsibility for not checking before leaving, but I would have assumed since I was told 9 days prior during my 29-point inspection that all the fluids in my car were good to go. This could have caused a serious accident and possibly left me stranded on the side of the road during an evacuation. Please do better.

The employees are incredibly rude! Got a nail in my tire and brought it in. Rude ass employee told me it will be over 2 hours…. For a tire patch LOL! Then employee stated “I’m just required to give vehicles back by 5PM! SOME EMPLOYEE YOU HIRED! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Came in with a nail in my tire at 6:30, store scheduled to close at 7pm. The manager kept the shop open late to fix my tire, rather than turning me away. Used a plug, rather than trying to sell me on a new tire, which I always appreciate. Super happy with my experience here. I will be back for new tires when I need them.

Great Customer Service and Great Pricing. I came to the Goodyear in Orlando 2 years ago. In the 4 times I have been there i have noticed how friendly and helpful the entire team is. They go above and beyond to educate you and show you any issues they find. At this point there is NO pressure. They all professionally and politely answer all questions. As for pricing, in my situations, they have identified problems months in advance of the dealer and provide pricing more than 50 percent less than the dealer. I personally will remain loyal to this Goodyear just because of their customer service. But saving thousands of dollars is an added benefit.

The A/T tires are great. This location remedied a balancing problem by another dealership. Good job on that. However I received comments of the paperwork regarding a loose U-Joint and replacement transmission bracket required. Those were both false. Presuming the guy made the error in best intentions and not for up-sale, the original dealership were summoned to check these things for free under fear of warranty repair only to find out that the slight movement (of those particular items) was required by design for this light truck. Would probably visit this location in the future still and Good Year still make the best A/T truck tires.

Went here this morning and Emanuel helped me out. All my tires sensors went berserk and showed that all were almost flat. It turned out to be a faulty sensor and it was reset and they filled my tires. I wasn’t charged for anything for this. You just got a customer for life with that. Thanks again and to Emanuel for being so helpful.

Got a nail in my tire at 4:30 on a Sunday.. called these guys hoping they could squeeze me in and immediately took me and got it squared away within an hour!!! Amazing service!

I make an appointment for an oil change, I got on time, they make wait one hour and fifthteen minute to service my car and the service I took included tire rotation and they didnt do it. I dont see why they make appointments if they are going to make tou wait. IT SUCKS! NOT HAPPY!

Never calls when your car is ready. Leaves trash in your car from the service. Unnecessarily changes settings in the vehicles and some how the prices changes from drop off to pickup without adding anything else to the service.

Usually great service. I dropped my car off today at 930am (with an appointment) for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a morning class, got out at 1130, called and was told it was the next in line. I went and had lunch, came into the store and my car was parked where I left it. When I asked inside (at 12:15) I was told I should have advised them when I dropped it off I needed it immediately and making an appointment only puts you in line however if I would have waited in the store they would have prioritized it. If this was the case, they should either communicate that or ask what time you plan on returning. I assumed making an appointment meant they would work on my vehicle at that time or as soon as the next bay is open after my appointment time.

Was headed to the bank when turning into their curb, my tire popped, thinking I was lucky that it happened in front of them to get a changed tire, tried charging me $310 for 1 tire…. Felt like it was a set up

I don't walk into an auto shop expecting to feel valued. I expect to feel fleeced. But this place is different. I bought insurance on all my car tires and they've replaced the punctures quickly and efficiently every time anything has come up. No questions asked. If there's any delay, I'm notified in a transparent way. I honestly couldn't ask for more.

James is an outstanding employee. I unknowingly had a nail in my tire and needed a new one. James was incredibly prompt and explained everything in depth. Incredibly appreciative!!! Highly recommend!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and I had an appointment for 11:30 and they did not even finish my car until 2:30 , and they sent my car out after the review and said I need back breaks now my breaks are squeaking and they were not before .they have nice employees but horrible service.

I went to this place to have my engine checked or so I thought! Victor who was handling my vehicle informed me he has to order a part for the vehicle and I said that was fine, he calls me 2 days later to ask me my odometer reading because my vehicle was under warranty so he wanted to make sure the part to the car was covered, he should receive the part the next day. Well 2 days passed and I did not hear from Victor regarding my part to the vehicle? I proceeded to contact Victor and I was informed he was on his lunch break, then he was in the bathroom! This was the worst customer service I have ever received, no courtesy to inform the customer of the status and employees that avoid answering your calls. Obviously they didn’t want my business. Awful customer service with no follow through, don’t make the mistake and deal with Victor@ this location.

Got my car worked on here Thursday morning. Work was completed quickly and my concerns were resolved. A little pricey but it is a National brand, so expected. Will return.

Yesterday had a flat tire and rolled into the Goodyear on Bumby Ave and Colonial. Robert at the service desk was very helpful and professional. They were very busy but was able to order a new tire and get it on my vehicle. I have been coming here over 20 years and they take care of their customers with very good service and products.

I came in because my brakes would make some noise whenever they were used. They first tried to charge me over $1000 to replace the entire system but I didn't have it so I told them to put it back together and id take care of it another time. The manager came out and started to "bargain" with me about what price I could pay and he said that he could drop it down to about $300 for me which I paid and then they proceeded with the service. Afterwards I realized that my breaks now required me to slam on them way farther than before I got them serviced and I would almost get into accidents because of it. I took it to another repair shop where they charged me over $1000 to replace the brake pads and one other thing and then my car was working fine afterwards. This service took place back in 2019 but it never sat right with me on how they charged me hundreds then gave me bad brake service so I am giving this specific location a 1 star now. I now live in Arizona and the Goodyear shop by me here are wonderful

Probably the worst service I’ve ever had in a Good year. I was told by my sales person that because it took so long I’d get a discount. That salesperson never came back out on the floor (Zero discount for his miscommunication, only the discount they originally gave me) I dropped my car off at 1:00 and came back at 4:30 and my car was in the same spot I left it. I then waited until a little after six for my car to be done. While I was sitting waiting for my tires to be changed two separated people wanted just to talk to someone walked out. Two other people bravely waited for someone to talk to them. I understand when things happen but atleast call the customer and say something. It’s not hard to dial the phone and say there is a delay. Don’t let someone plan their day and surprise them at pickup. If they choose to respond I have much more to say than I actually wrote. If I were the owner I would be beyond upset when it all could have need EASILY avoided.

Went in for a headlamp replacement. Next day check engine light went on and a couple other electrical things were off. Went back two days later and got a diagnostic, reset the computer and all is well. Best part, no charge. Minus one star for too long a wait time for scheduled appointment. Loyal customer.
