Pésimo servicio y falta de profesionalismo Hice una cita para el mantenimiento de mi vehículo a las 3:30 pm. Ese mismo día, a las 11:00 am, me confirmaron la cita, por lo que asumí que todo estaba en orden. Al llegar, recibieron mi vehículo sin mencionar ningún inconveniente. Sin embargo, una hora y media después de estar esperando, me llaman para decirme que no podían realizar el mantenimiento porque no tenían el filtro necesario. Esto demuestra una grave falta de organización y respeto por el tiempo de los clientes. Si no tienen los materiales necesarios, deberían informarlo antes de aceptar la cita, y mucho menos confirmarla el mismo día. Es una pérdida de tiempo completamente evitable. Definitivamente, buscaré otro lugar más confiable para el mantenimiento de mi vehículo.

Great service! Their mobile Tire Installation Vans are super cool and when I had an issue with a leaking valve stem they took care of it in minutes.

On my way to see a show on the last day of our trip, the thing my daughter was looking forward to the most... I picked up a nail and tire went flat in the parking lot. Kiko answered the phone and said "get it here before close, we'll patch it." Got there a few minutes before close. Angel and Devin had me on the road and on time to the show in 20 minutes. Saved my vacation, and probably 500 bucks in hotels and time. Great staff, super fast, and yay for goodyear run flats, lol.

The tires are great. A return trip the next day for proper balancing was a trip that shouldn't have had to be made if there had been full attention to detail the day before. The balancing still wasn't correct after a 2nd try so took it to a sister store in Orlando which solved the problem and confirmed the balancing was "a little out". Attention to detail, training or a new balancing machine needed for this store. It is understandable that truck tires have more weight and are harder to balance. That is the way it is. I would rather the staff took more time to get it correct 1st time than waste everybody's time including their own by doing it again.

Asked them to patch my tire, laughed saying no. Very rude. If you bring a rental here remove the rental paper and keychain.

I have been bringing my cars to this location for years now, for some reason customer service went bottom low over the last few months, it was a major screw up the last two times I went in for service, one for a tire replacement and the other one for alignment and oil change. For the tire, they quoted me a matching OEM tire for my brand new Tesla, but to my surprise once I get there to pick it up, they had mounted a generic knock off, I had them re-do the work and put in the right tire. Not long after I had another bad experience with alignment, they could not get it right the first time, I took it back and they made it worse, at the end I just gave up on it and took the car to a different shop where they addressed the problem immediately. After the second mishap, I made up my mind about never returning there, time goes by, my frustration phases out, and then I think, how much of a screw up they can do on an oil change? So for the convenience of having them close to the my office, I called the day before, made an appointment for 7:30AM, this morning 08/30/2024 there I was at 7:30AM, we go in and there is no one inside there store, everyone happily chatting in the shop. After patiently waiting for 15 min and multiple employees see me inside the store, and every single one of them ignored my presence I decided to leave, but this time once and for all. I would not recommend this store to anyone, I would also highly suggest the regional manager to consider replacement of the current management, bad customer service and lack of professionalism will tank any business.

This shop lost my order to replace all 4 ties for $1400+ just because of the unfriendly guy at the reception. We came to fix a single tire on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at 12pm. The person at the reception was unfriendly. He looked at us as a disturbance. We were the only clients. After explaining what we wanted he said that he needed to measure the tire. He did it in such a faction, that we didn't want to continue business and drove away.

Got some prices and suggestions. Kinda surprised representative was not aware of any military veteran discount. Still researching before deciding on GY or Mavis for my tires. Rebates, credit card promotions are basically the same. Roadside service and hassard warranty packages are the clincher. In FL, with all the construction work roadside protection is a must in my opinion.

I drove over an hour to get to this place, and once I arrived, a young lady walked out as I was coming in. Guessing she was the only one at the counter, I waited patiently until she came back. When she returned, I was waiting at the counter, but she must have thought I was invisible. She went straight to her computer without acknowledging me and started doing her thing. Still being patient, I considered that she might have a lot going on and had simply missed acknowledging me. The phone rang, and she answered it in a pleasant voice, helping the customer on the phone. After she got off the phone, she went back to her computer, and when she finished her task, she called the next person, even though I was standing right in front of her. I kindly walked out because I felt either I was invisible or my blackness was too dark for her to see. I am never going to this place again; I've never experienced such disrespect.

I got charged $120 for an oil change and my mom went here and got charge $79. Our cars take the same oil and we both picked the same package. When my mom inquired why, the staff said they did something "special" to my car without my consent. Then when my mom asked why it wasn't done to her car, they state that it was only done to cars with 50k miles, my car has 25k and hers has 70k. I will be contacting the company.

I had a bad tire and my vehicle was unsafe to drive. I came in and Goodyear quoted me tires that were not the right size. Once they realized they were not the proper size, I was given a new quote which was significantly more. I told them no thank you for the new tires and requested that they put my spare tire on instead. They refused to do it and gave me the vehicle in an unsafe driving condition. I ended up having AAA roadside put the on the spare tire. Goodyear did not charge me for the time, but they did take the entire day and refused to put the vehicle in safe driving condition.

Sabrina was an angel! They made me feel reassured and at ease, even when things were looking pretty uncertain with my car battery situation. I didn’t talk to anyone else, but I’m sure they all pale in comparison to Sabrina! (Just kidding, I’m sure they’re all nice too. But Sabrina still wins)

I go here whenever my car has any issues and the gentlemen here are always helpful, informative, and reasonable in quotes/price. I feel respected here and have not really had any issues with the services or personnel.

Arrived at 3 pm on the dot. They close at 5 pm on Sunday. I was told they couldn't get me in. It looks like there's only one person working the bays and one the counter. The available oil changes did not include conventional, which, in my opinion, is very unprofessional. How can that be, maybe the pricing?

Brought my car in to do an oil change last time. Told them please don't tighten the oil filter super tight. Doing it at home now and even used my Ridgid Impact on it. Can't get it loose. Seriously? You guys can't take 1 direction right. Corporate will be contacted. This place has gone down since Steve left.

I was 3 hours from home, had to put on a spare do to a nail in tire that could not be patched. I have a rare tire size, after calling 5-6 shops, this was the only shop with an available tire. 30 minutes before close, Kiko and his team accommodated my need and got me back on road in no time.

I called in to get a basic oil change and the front brakes this young lady told me almost $1000, I SAID this cant be correct after she told me the oil change was around $130 i said ok cool i can live with that but almost $ 800 more dollars for 2 front brake pads nah im good especially after reading the reviews thats insane. I will not be using this place for company fleet services again either it seems its all about the money and not the customer. I found a place down the street from them brakes and oil change $300 like thats a huge difference sonebody needs to have these people looked at!!!!
