I recently visited this service for an alignment under the three-year program I purchased from them, and it was a frustrating experience. They did not provide a proper alignment, and even after the service, I had to visit another mechanic because the front passenger-side wheel was still not right. It turned out that they had forgotten to tighten the strut assembly bolts behind the wheel after making adjustments. This was disappointing, as their service quality is not what it used to be.

Ran over a roofing nail. When I showed up for service, they could not take me at that moment. But they reserved a spot for me an hour later. With air in the tire, I was able to run a few errands, come back, and within 10 to 15 minutes, my tire was fixed . Nice people to deal with!

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I initially took my car to the dealership and they said they found nothing to cause the leak but that I needed 4 new tires. I then took the car to the East Liberty Goodyear Auto Service, and they found and repaired a tire puncture and said my tires were still good. In addition to being honest and saving me money, they were extremely pleasant to deal with. They have earned my future business!

I want to express my gratitude to Julian, a customer advisor at Goodyear. After having new brakes installed, my Ford ended up in maintenance mode. Julian stepped in and resolved the issue, assuring me that he was determined to get everything right before the shop closed. Thanks to his outstanding customer service, I returned for additional work to have my rear shocks replaced. Thank you, Julian!

My family drove from Philly for a Pirates game and got a nail in a tire. Julian was very understanding and helpful from the time we pulled in. The team there went above and beyond to make sure that me and my two daughters got back on the road safely. It made the pain of the $ sting a bit less (smile).

They seem to have solid service but man they are slow. It shouldn't take 2 hours to do a oil change no matter how busy you are.

Bernard went above and beyond to help me when I had a flat tire! I know nothing about cars or tires when things go wrong, but Bernard helped me tremendously. He made sure I got the best tires for my car and even called me while my car was there to let me know about a squeaky windshield wiper blade and offered to go ahead and replace those while they had my car. He was timely and efficient and even came out to greet me when I dropped my car off (before the store was even open). He knew my name and was just so great to work with!

Scheduled online for an inspection. When I arrived I was told that the inspection couldn’t be completed. Guy at front desk was short with me and rude . Told me to “complain to the website” . What’s the point of being able to schedule online if it is inaccurate and misleading . Got tires there another time and it was fine.

Went in for tires. Which they did and did quickly. The two stars is because they tried to tell me I needed a new battery and air filter (which I know I didn’t as car was just serviced at dealership) to get more money out of me. So just be aware they’re like that at this shop.

Good things: polite staff Bad things: scammed me, car is worse off then when I came in Whole story: I wanted to get my oil changed a few weeks ago and when I was there they told me there was a bubble in one of my tires. fool that I was, I believed them and let them replace two of my tires and rotate the other two. They told me I didn't need to replace all four because the two I was keeping were in good condition. since then my car has been pulling to the side. I called to make an appointment to have them check what they did and clarify that it had been since they messed with my car and was told that it would be free of charge. came back in and again clarified that this was to fix what they did. they agreed. once they looked at the car they came back with several different stories about what was wrong and all of them were going to result in a charge. Stories didn't line up so this time I saw the scam coming and left. I still don't know what was wrong with my car but I know it started right after they messed with it. I'm now wondering if there was anything wrong with my tire in the first place. Will not be returning.

Got a 1 inch screw in my tire tread and pulled in thier garage yesterday and they told me that the screw went into the tread sideways so I needed a new tire. I looked at it and said they were crazy and they said they could plug it and if it leaked, the cost I pad for that would go towards the cost of the new tire. I wasn't playing games. I told them drop it and I drove 20 minutes to Highland Tire in Tarentum and they threw a plug and patch and sent me on my way. Beware of Goodyear, they are rip off artists. Edit: the guy at the front counter was awesome. However, I can't helpnhis boss was trying to sell tires....

Went in here for a car that had a bad alternator and wasn’t charging the battery. Not only was incredibly rude and patronizing, he told me that the issue was something completely different from the alternator and said that they could not fix it, leaving me stuck paying a very large diagnostic fee for a car that still didn’t work. When I took it to a different mechanic I was told that the alternator was in fact bad, meaning that the workers at Goodyear seemed to lie about checking the alternator. Either that or they were completely incompetent in properly diagnosing the cars issue. DO NOT COME HERE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Came here for a state inspection, they failed the car because of a list of items amounting to $3,900. I took my car to another shop for a second opinion, and they said they were trying to take advantage of me and would have recommended only ONE of the multiple items that Goodyear stated was required. And the one item, was something I would likely need to replace much later down the road. Shops like these give mechanics a bad rep.

My son is in Pittsburgh for college and had a flat tire. I was able to coordinate with the shop over the phone to make arrangements and they fixed his tire and had him out the same day. Incredible customer service. Highly recommend

Typically able to fit me in day of if I’m able to be flexible with my drop off and pick up time. I would call the store to set up an appointment if possible over their website to make sure they have enough mechanics that day. When I have used the website they have called me back to verify what I need done and if they can fit me in that day. It seems like their website is run by Goodyear and doesn’t accurately allow the shop to account for what it has going on. When in shop the have clean facilities to use and WiFi to wait. They also will take the time to explain what’s going on with your car and why they can or can’t do things. They also give recommendations on what to do and I’ve never felt pressured to do something. I’m always nervous as a woman going to a shop and getting taken advantage of but so far the folks here have been great. I will say they are a little more pricey than other shops in the area but their warranties and kind and efficient service will have me come back.

Very professional, quick, and helpful. They fit my car in for brakes a day early and honored the price they told me over the phone. All of the service was performed correctly and they went above and beyond to rectify other issues on my car.
