We came into the shop before it opened today (day before Thanksgiving) because our tire pressure light wouldn’t go off. The front desk was already staffed even though store wasn’t open….and the young woman at the desk went out of her way to help us. She let us know the schedule for the techs, since we assumed we had a nail somewhere. Then she went further and tested the air pressure and found that all tires were low….and once corrected, no more tire light! She didn’t have to support us this way, could have just let us wait, but instead proactively took the step she could. We really appreciate her extra effort and courteous friendly attitude!

Efficient, fast & friendly. Had to get tires, alignment, inspection and they set me up with an appointment. Even when I had to change it they very accommodating. They had my car done in no time. No extra crap, no trying to sell you things you don’t need. Just honest service. Thanks again! This will be my go to place from here on out.

I used to come to this Goodyear and I stopped when it was under another management. NOW that it is under new management I WILL BE COMING ONLY TO THIS LOCATION! The store manager talked me through what I needed for my Nissan. Now I have 4 brand new tires and after a head light restoration my head lights look brand new. Very professional very poliet EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! We need more people like the manager

I went into this shop thinking I was going to get screwed over, but the manager there was so reassuring and helpful. Honestly, the best experience I have had at a mechanic shop. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for the best service and great mechanics.

What kind of terrible automotive facility doesn’t have a low profile jack? I mean, seriously, it’s 2024. Cars are lowered these days. What I think it is, is that they’re all lazy, and if they can’t put it on a lift, they don’t want to touch it. I would highly suggest staying away from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. on Three Chopt & Patterson near the Village shopping center. Absolute waste of time. My garbage harbor freight jack goes under my car just fine. Just needed two wheels balanced, and they couldn’t even do that. What a joke. All while five of their technicians are just standing there with their hands in their pockets.

I dropped my car off Friday for a state inspection which I have done time and time again but this time was different. I called today (sat) to ask what time it would be ready so I could Uber back up there to get it and was told they do not do state inspections on the weekends. No one told me that when I dropped it off!! Now I have to Uber back up there to pick it up and then find ANOTHER PLACE TO GO BC I AM NOT GOING BACK THERE!!! I am so pissed!!

I took my car in last Saturday after I'd had a flat, and while various factors led to me waiting in the shop for three hours, I really didn't mind because things are run well. The credit really goes to manager Richard, who maintained clear communication and good cheer even when they had to deal with an unexpected mechanical problem with their lift and an unusually high amount of business for a Saturday morning. Observing Richard as he handles crises and customers would make a decent training session for anyone seeking to go into management/customer service. In the end, my tire turned out not to be damaged and rather than upsell me, they didn't charge me for checking it. Highly recommended.

Richard and his staff were truly lifesavers! I was unable to find the correct tire to replace my spare, and Richard helped us tremendously. He was extremely helpful over the phone, and I was greeted with even better service at the shop. Cannot emphasize enough how much he helped me out!

I have had two appointments there to have my car repaired. The first time, there was nobody there with the necessay experience to fix my car. The second time, they had the incorrect time scheduled; a time that I could not have possibly been there, and it was not the original time that we had agreed on. I won't use them again nor recommend them.

I made an emergency appointment in the AM to have my tire plugged (screw) when I got off work. When I got there they came out to look at it they told me to come back tomorrow. Luckily I wasn’t busy so I was able to do so. Had I had plans, weekend trip etc that would’ve been very inconvenient. But it worked out, I came back they didn’t charge me anything and it’s been great. I do appreciate it

Most people who go in with a flat tire and leave with 4 new tires would feel scammed, however, I have never found a more comfortable and honest repair shop. I also waited a couple of days before posting to make sure my experience was authentic and not “too good to be true”. After speaking with Richard and him showing me the puncture on my tire, I decided to move forward with replacing additional tires due to his hands on approach. I have grown up around cars, and as a women have always had to stand my ground with various mechanics and repair shops for honest pricing and work. Richard not only met me where I was at, but also went above and beyond with service. They now have a customer for life and for the first time in a while, I feel so safe in my car. Thank you guys!

Richard and his team were amazing! I called numerous Goodyear locations in the area to have my dually worked on and was given excuse after excuse on why they couldn’t do the job. After we spoke to Richard, he ensured us they could make it happen and they did just that. I’m super happy to now have a shop with great people. Hopefully the other Goodyear locations can have him train them so they can understand how to truly take care of their customers.

Worst service ever !! Had an appointment for an oil change ,tire rotation,balance ,alignment. Been waiting for 4 hours and still haven’t gotten done yet . Called in my appointment 4 days earlier and got here and all of the info was wrong and some not even in at all. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with the lady entering my info only for it to still be wrong .

I could not believe it. We have been coming here for years. Service has been decent but this experience was the best. A straight shooter. Richard helped my dad get tires and gave a price that was fair.

Reading all of these other excellent reviews has me so confused. My partner came here after his tire blew out and it took over 2 hours to get 2 new tires, including the person working on his car leaving for lunch in the middle of the job and putting the wrong size tire on initially, and at nearly double the price of when he last got a pair of tires (also Goodyear, and within the past year). I was horrified receiving his updates throughout his wait. I had a better experience of tire install at Walmart, although not by much!

Richard and his staff are fantastic. I had a bad experience at the Gaskins store and so went here. I am so glad I did. The difference was night and day. They took care of the problem quickly. Very professional, helpful, and friendly. I will be going to this store in the future.

Don't come here. I came in and asked for an oil change and a state inspection and instead they decided to do work on my vehicle that I didn't ask for without asking me and charge an egregious amount. Changed multiple bulbs that were recently changed and worked completely fine as I checked them before I came in and charged me 30 per bulb for labor costs. Hahahhahaha. Not only that they didn't even change the oil. So to recap they didn't do what I asked of them and instead went on free play just changing stuff that they didn't need to, without asking, stuff by the way if I needed for inspection I would've just done myself and brought it back, and charged me an insanely over priced amount for. Dont come here. They will try to scam you.

I desperately needed a flat tire patched, but it was last minute and 5:15pm. They were able to fit me right in, and I love the convenience of their later hours. The gentleman at the front desk and the gentleman who worked on my car were both friendly, efficient, and professional. They were done and had me out of the door in fewer than 30mins. The prices are also very good deals. This is NOT the closest to me, but I’ll be returning for my car inspection and oil changes because their service is so great. I also love the convenience of making an appointment online, and they’re open until 6pm. Additionally, the guy was quick to respond to the phone, which I imagine is difficult to always do as the only person at the front. When he picked up, he was friendly and professional. The only thing I regret is not asking for their names so I could shout out to them and make sure they get the recognition that they deserve! I went Monday, 9/25/23 at 5:15pm. Thanks guys, I’ll refer my friends and family and see you soon for my inspection! PS I almost forgot- most importantly, they fixed my tire ☺️

Jay and Jimmy did a great job. The air conditioning compressor went at the peak of a heat wave. We needed to get this fixed quickly for an upcoming business trip. They turned it around same day and charged a reasonable price for it. They were pleasant to work with and had excellent customer service as well.

My local Goodyear saved me after I came out to my car one morning and discovered a completely flat tire in my driveway. Jordan and Katie were so helpful and my replacement tires were put in my car in an hour. Thanks to their speedy service I was even able to make it to my meeting for work!

Service was very poor and no one cared about it… I brought my car to patch a tire. Not only were they unable to properly apply the patch, they left my car dirty inside and outside (grease marks on the leather and everywhere on the door), and left the car unlocked at night on the parking lot. It was mistake after mistake.

We would definitely recommend this Goodyear shop. We were helped by Katie L. and Jimmy S. and received great customer service. The front desk was polite and the garage was quick and efficient. Coming back next time we need new tires.
