Imagine going to get your car worked on just to have it ruined even more. This is what this location will do to you, and the best part is, they take no accountability, and will just charge you even more for trying to figure out what is going on after they ruined it. NEVER GO HERE!

Unfortunately my car is worse off after visiting this location. I have had my car for a year with ZERO issues until this team put their hands on it. I’m 100% certain they cracked my radiator during a coolant flush. The team refuses to take accountability for their mistake, instead calling it a “coincidence” or “unlucky timing”. Only three days after the flush my coolant needed to be refilled. I never had an issue before they did the flush. I have now refilled it twice with coolant in the last two months. Unable to afford another repair due to the arm and a leg I’ve already given to this shop, I’m just praying I can hold out till I can replace the damage they caused. Only because Lyft offered me a discount for services I went back for breaks. After hearing a slight noise in the back, they replaced my rear breaks and rotors a month ago (claiming I was metal on metal which I disagree with. I DEFINITELY would have known if they were) My breaks now sound worse than before. They have been squeaking from the moment I pulled out of the shop after service. When I called and asked about it a week after the service, I was told it was normal and they just needed to “break in/wear down a bit”. A month later they’re still squeaking. Last Friday I brought it in to be checked, they claimed they took it apart and it was all normal but they now sound worse than before. I’m not sure if there’s a skill issue or a moral issue with this shop but they will not be touching my car again. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to my worse enemy.

Worst experience ever, left my car for a transmission fluid flush @11am, went back to go pick it up @4pm after they called us just to find that they didn’t even do the transmission fluid flush and made up some stupid excuse, just wasted my whole day like what was the car doing there for 5 whole hours there. Don’t give them any business they will just waste your time.

I have the Goodyear Kevlar wranglers on my excursion brought it in for rotation and balance. I was back on the road in an hour, Flawless ,superb service from the technician.

What a joke. These people hawmve no clue what they are doing. The can't reset an oil light. Can't align a vehicle. Can't balance tires correctly. Save yourself and go somewhere else. Discount tire for you tire and alignment services and the dealership for oil. Goodyear service center employees have their heads up somewhere the sun hasn't shined. Must be all on strung out on drugs. Got my vehicle back worse than I brought it in.

I went in after work for an oil change, and after they had my vehicle for about 30 minutes a gentleman came out with a sheet of paper, showing their diagnosis of my vehicle. Before going over that he let me know that I was at 77000 Km and that the mechanic could not find out how to change it to miles and did not know if I wanted it changed. I thought it strange, seeing that I'd known that it was in Km and I did not want it changed, but wanting to be courteous, I simply waved my hand and said that's fine. He proceeded to lay out the sheet of paper and go over all the issues they found with my vehicle. He was using very manipulative and pushy language, suggesting some of the issues were an "immediate safety concern" and speaking in the past tense of the "discounts" he'd given me. e.g. "I've taken off XY for this service already." Letting me know if I only wanted the immediate safety issue addressed I was only looking at $900, but if I wanted everything recommended done it would be north of 1200. The immediate safety concerns included 4 new tires and a new battery. telling me that the battery was running at 30% capacity. I remained polite and asked for a copy of their quote so I could compare their price to a warehouse store I work at. they reluctantly accepted my request and asked that I wait while they performed the oil change I was under the impression they were originally doing. 30 minutes later I got my keys back, paid for the oil change, and while they gave me a quote for the services they wanted to do, they did not offer a copy of the diagnosis sheet they were showing me, which felt like a red flag to me. When I started my car the first thing I noticed was they fully reset my U.I. and my car clock was wrong. I assume this was while they were attempting to change Km to Miles, which I didn't ask them to do. After arriving home I let my car sit for a few hours before grabbing a Multimeter to check the battery myself. When I popped the hood I saw they'd left my coolant overflow cap open. The cap is a snap-on attached with a ziptie-like thread, so it's possible they had put it on gently, but not with enough pressure to snap in place, and it popped open on the 5-mile drive home. And that level of incompetence is the most generous interpretation of what happened. The battery read at 12.9, and starting the car it choked at 10.5 and idled at 14.4 I'm no mechanic,(though I get the impression neither are the people at this auto shop,) but this seems to be a perfect reading for a battery. This was more than enough for me to stay clear of ever coming here again, but before publicly denouncing them I wanted to be a little more thorough, so I waited til the next day(today) when I could get the battery checked with a meter designed for car batteries. So I swung by Auto Zone and had them check my battery, and they said that it showed no signs of issues. -Summary- I went in for an oil change, and they 1-Reset my U.I. in an attempt to change Km traveled to Miles traveled without my asking, and left the clock wrong. 2-Used manipulative language to try to push sales of products I did not need. 2.5-Including possibly lying flat-out about my batterie's reading, otherwise it just miraculously fixed itself upon leaving the shop? 3-Failed to offer a copy of their diagnosis 4-Left my coolant overflow cap open! I was fortunate to open my hood so soon after leaving or this could have become a larger issue. I'm used to the pushy upsell tactics of Jiffy Lube. But somehow this place managed to take predatory tactics to the next level, all while showing a level of mechanical incompetence I wouldn't think could be presented during an oil change; and could have damaged my vehicle had I not opened the hood shortly after leaving. I would not trust my vehicle in their hands again and strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Everyone in the store is super friendly and quick. I went there for wheel alignment and there were a few other customers in line. But, still it took only 1 hr 10 min or so to check my car's wheel alignment and finish the corrections.

Huge shoutout to Joanne and Jeremy at Goodyear. My friends and I were traveling home on Memorial Day from Dallas to Kansas City and broke down a couple of miles from Goodyear in Tulsa. They were able to squeeze us in an hour or so before closing. A previous mechanic incorrectly installed a transmission and it was causing some pretty serious damage to other parts. Jeremy offered to stay after hours and fix our car so we could get back on the road that night (an hour and a half over time)!! These two deserve a raise they were so kind to us and could have easily turned us away but chose not to. Thank you thank you!

Just go to the Broken Arrow store. You won't regret it. The guy at the front today was just rude. Didn't even greet me nicely. I came in for an appointment that I made on Thursday for 9am today 4/22/23. I tell the guy who comes in from the back to help me that I have an appointment to have my new tires that I purchased placed on my vehicle. He doesn't ask me what kind of car I have, the year of my vehicle, and not even the size of the tires. He just flat out says that's it's going to be $120. I told him that is not what I discussed with the lady on the phone who I spoke to on Thursday and he just flat out rudely says that it's $30 a tire. I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere. It seems like each store is not on the same page. I went to the Broken Arrow store and was treated much nicer and they actually did everything they could to help. I will not be back here.

I highly recommend this business. I had an issue with my car’s air conditioning. I took my car to a different dealership, who said they charged the refrigerant and sent me on my way. Six (6) months later, the same issue reappeared. I took my car to Goodyear. Within a hour, Goodyear called me to explain the problem - a faulty actuator that caused the heat to stick on. I approved the replacement part to be ordered, and within two (2) days, I got my car fixed with a fully functioning air conditioner. The best part was the cost was WELL below what I was expecting. I won’t take my car anywhere else. If you’re looking for an honest and trustworthy repair shop, this is it. Thank you, Goodyear Tulsa!

I had a tire losing air on a truck we use in the hayfield. Pulled in there, tire was shot. Told them this is just a work truck, put a cheap tire on it. $244 later, we were on our way. Come to find out, the tire they put on is a high dollar tire. Taking advantage of a woman! Ladies, if you're by yourself, go somewhere else! These guys will take advantage of you!!!

I have been going to the Good Year - Woodland Hills location for over 20 years. They are reliable and trustworthy. I have never been taken advantage of, in fact it’s the exact opposite. The pricing is fair, they are honest about what needs to be done and what I can do next time. They offer smart suggestions but never try and sell me something I don’t need. Most recently, Tim and David helped me with new tires, brakes, and numerous minor repairs. The service and the communication was above and beyond. I am a customer for life.
