Great service. They were able to help me right before Christmas Eve when everywhere else was either closed or couldn’t help. I was able to on in late Monday and pick my car up Christmas Eve afternoon ❤️. Victoria was SUPER helpful at explaining everything from the cost breakdown to how long it would take. Would definitely recommend using them in the future.

Victoria is great! I’ve been there before but service this time was even more amazing! I went in late on Sunday after my daughter noticed I had a nail in my tire. It wasn’t repairable but Victoria walked me through the options and got me fixed up. They also did a battery check and noticed my battery was extremely low so she ordered me a new battery on the spot and had it replaced in no time. Thanks for all your help and courtesy! Hands down best service and I will definitely be back! Thank you, Goodyear and thank you Victoria!

Excellent service. Ran into unexpected problems while repairing my vehicle. This required keeping it overnight. Provided me transportation to and from home about 60 mile round trip. Even though repairs required much more time there were no extra charges. I've had experiences with other shops that piled more and more charges on top of original quote. Highly recommend.

Goodyear saved the day. We have an uncommon tire size and they were able to get them next day and put them on first thing so we could get back to our vacation!! Also they have the nicest staff. I highly recommend.

Below you will see i had a semi bad experience but shortly after posting they made it right. I would recommend them to family and friends repeatedly. Were quick and had good customer service but realized afterwards they did not but my upgraded hub caps back on and did not inflat new tires evenly

I reserved a time slot on line for my tire installation, and they started on my car within 10 minutes of my arrival. Everything was completed in a little under an hour. Great job to all involved. One star deducted due to the waiting area being a bit of a mess due to remodeling. No big deal.

I will be forever grateful for the service I received on my way to Austin, Texas from this particular Goodyear location. I had a flat tire on a Sunday. I needed all new tires and thankfully after calling 12 different places, this location helped me even though they were closed and about to go home for the day. I had both my dogs in the car and they let me bring them in the air conditioning. They set me up with four new tires for a really great price, including a warranty and installed them and secured my spare tire back under my car.

I was in town for a Teacher’s Conference and kept hearing noises coming from my car. When I stopped I noticed that my splash shield was dragging and had fallen down a little. I looked up places to go. I went to Firestone Complete Auto care first but they were too busy and referred me here. I must say I should have come here first. The service I received was amazing. I was told it would be an 1hr so or before they could get to the car. I was like that’s no problem. Needless to say it was less than the hour and Brandon Evans was amazing from the time I walked in the with a greeting, explained to me the problem and end with smile have a day trip home. The customer service that he displayed is some thing that all auto places should embody. Not only him but his whole team I could tell work effortlessly to get customer in and out.

Outstanding experience! Engine was overheating. Store manager Brandon Evans addressed the situation quickly, his team had the problem diagnosed and fixed in an expeditious manner. Not my first dealing with this store. They have always been very professional, very courteous, and handled issues in a prompt manner. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Brandon and his team to anyone and everyone.

I am so grateful for the guys at the Waco Goodyear store. I hit some debris in the street during a violent storm. It was after hours, but the wind had blown the bay doors at Goodyear out. The guys were inside, but they were closed, until they spotted a little old lady, standing in the rain, banging on the front door. I had bent the rim on my tire, and they put my spare tire on so that I could make it home. They were great and I so appreciated their help.

I had come in today, I had been told I needed a alignment at my dealership. I have the print out from here showing I do not. I will be getting as much of the automotive work done here as I can. They took us in immediately as walk-in customers before we left for our roadtrip and had us back on the road in an hour. They checked everything in the engine and checked all tires, located the issue from a faulty oil change, and test drove it to make sure we were safe. Very thorough workmanship and great customer service!

I was in a real bind but Brandon and his staff came to my rescue. I was on an RV adventure & blew a special tire so he ordered a new one for me and found that the my tire was still under warranty and he was able to apply a warranty discount to the price for me. I wanted a matching set of new tires and he discovered I was on the verge of another tire event. Good thing I had my problem in Waco because I’m really glad I found this store and Brandon!

Just want to give Goodyear a big shout out and my technician Angel and the manager, took my car in for a squealing sound they diagnose the problem and fix it promptly and also check my car for other issues come to find out I had some low beam and High Beam lights out they replace those at a very reasonable price thanks again guys

Fantastic experience! Brandon, Victoria, and John worked very hard to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the tires and the installation. Because I was going up to a 285\75\17, (new lift and suspension)I had some clearance concerns. They did a test fitment and confirmed that the tires fit without issue. They gave a very good price on the tires and made sure I would get the $200 rebate from Goodyear. Over the years I have purchased a lot of tires and these are the best people I have ever dealt with. I will be a Goodyear customer for life. Great service and fantastic product.

I had a late day tire problem. I drive back and forth from Waco to Dallas daily M-F and needed to get to work early the next day. I got there before closing and they assured me my tire would be looked at and hopefully fixed. I sat down in the waiting room and was kept informed how my job was going. Despite my job keeping the employees there 20 minutes after closing they were extremely helpful and I would recommend Goodyear Waco to everyone. Thank you Victoria and crew for making sure I was at work the next day.

This is my first time taking my car here for maintenance. I had my check engine light on for about a month. I had taken it to a few places to get a diagnostic and they all said the same thing but couldn’t work on my car. I took it to Goodyear, and they were able to fix my car and give it back to me same day. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They were also very honest with their work, which is hard to find. Brandon was the technician that worked on my car and did an excellent job. I will be coming here to get my car worked on in the future.
