I was able to come in on a Saturday afternoon for a full synthetic oil change in a timely manner 👍 I do recommend coming in early to avoid longer wait time because their parking lot is small which makes it look really busy but they have a good crew doing good work 😁 keep up fellas and see'ya next time 🌞

Here, clean workplace, they're pretty thorough, resources are on point, prices are fair, friendly and professional and overall pretty quick (In & Out) I'm a new and loyal customer as long as I have my vehicles!

I took my car in July for the Transmission, I took it back in August for an oil change and then you tell me something is wrong with the Transmission, so you'll didn't check the Transmission when I bought it in for the Transmission. So yal just like to cheat people.

I've taken my Land Rover to Goodyear Car Care a number of times. They're professional and competent, which is why I return to them. I appreciate that they communicate with me throughout the repair so that I'm not surprised in the end. They do quality work.

Poor service. The first time I came they ordered the wrong tires. They compensated with two free oil changes. When I went back I had to wait one hour and 45 minutes for my oil change. They aren't very professional. If you ask me they need better management

Just called to ask what point inspection they offer and Marquis stated he didn’t know. I asked him how much the price was and he stated $300. Then I asked if he would ask what point inspection that was to which he answered there was no way for him to know. I asked if there was a manager or coworker he could ask and he said he was the only one working. So I asked what time the manager was in which he stated 1:00pm. Instead of him being knowledgeable and expressing all this information to me it was as if I had to ask and ask to pry out information. My only guess is burnt out workers. Won’t bother taking my vehicle where they sound like they’re going to barely even do the work.

Wonderful service! When I suddenly had an issue with my car, they were willing to take a look and help me immediately. Jimmy was very friendly and explained everything to me clearly. The turn around time was excellent. While I don't enjoy having car trouble, I was super grateful for these folks!

Buyers beware, brought my vehicle here to get a front-end alignment and that's all it really needed these guys took my vehicle and did such a horrible job the very next day my truck was driving even worse than when I brought it in and then the mechanics took a look at it and says all we didnt have the right tool the first time we did the job so you have to come back next week. So I was like cool I'll play along. So they made a minor adjustment and we made an appointment to come in the following Wednesday. Going into Monday afternoon truck broke down because the wheels are screaming at this point cuz the alignment was so bad. Then I mechanic comes back and finally tells me all we found the problem you're going to need a lower control arm that's going to be $800 on top of the $178.00 I already spent. So if I needed a lower control arm why did they charge me $178 just to find out later why did they even do the work? Long story short I left that shop went to Highland Indiana, Levin Goodyear and those mechanics are the best they only charged me $110 to realign the vehicle and I haven't had any trouble since. So I will never be going back to shop.

I Took my car in for an issue with a squeaking noise to Good Year Car Care Plus, located at 1818 E. 87th St. I left the car to be diagnosed and Good Year called and said they found the solution. They said I needed to replace the struts to solve the squeaking noise issue. I gave the approval for the repair and they assured me this was the solution. When the repair was done, I picked up my car and was told there would be no more issues for the reason I brought it in. Jimmy said the mechanic test-drove the car after the repair and heard no noise. On my way to work, I noticed the car sounded the same as it did before the repair...this was a $1,258.00 repair and the problem was not solved. I called Goodyear and said the car is producing the same sound as it did before the strut replacement. I was asked to bring the car back so they could look at this again. During my second visit, the mechanic took a ride with me so I could point out the problem. Alvin acknowledged that there was still a squeaking noise during the road test. I left the car with Good Year again and got a call later in the day stating my control arms were bad and this would be an additional $1,700. I feel they misdiagnosed the issue after I was guaranteed the issue was resolved. When I asked why they replaced the struts and not the real issue, I was told they were bad and would have needed to be replaced. However, I didn’t need this done to solve the issue and feel this is a money grab and unfair. Also, Abdul the owner has Good Year I believe is listed as a Black Owned Business and this is not a Black Owned Business. Their Google Reviews show many unsatisfactory customers. Lastly, when I told Jimmy who appears to be the manager I was going to the city and file a complaint, his response was go ahead people have done this before and nothing happened. This means they feel they can over-promise and under-deliver in our Black Community, and nothing will happen.

I've had four cars serviced by this shop and never a problem. One job, a 600 dollar one, they did a free do over because of a faulty part. No labor or service charges. They tell the truth, which sometimes people don't want to hear, which I understand, because we don't like to think that our rides are as jacked up or neglected as they are. I'm glad they're in my neighborhood!

This place stole $80 from me for a diagnosis. There never found out what was wrong whit my seat belt. All it needed was a new belt component. Manager Jimmy promised to rectify. I still haven't heard back from him. Let not even talk about professionalism forget about it. Associate wanted to assault me while I was there for asking questions.

Went in for a tire stem and tpm sensor check. Thought it would be $200. They were quick to check the issue out, repaired it and let me know it was only the stem that needed repairs. Cost $30.
