These guys were wonderful. I had an appointment at Big O tire at 10 am to get 6 tires put on my 5500 flat bed even brought the tires with me. After being there for about 20 mins I was told that it was going to be an all day job. I had places to be. So I left and found Goodyear Commercial tire and service. I explained my situation and told me to come right over. They had me pull into on of their bays and almost before I even got out of the truck they were sliding a jack under it. Had me out of there by noon. Very grateful to have found them. Highly recommend for commercial tire needs. Thank you guys for getting me in and out so quickly.

Wasted 40 minutes on the phone on Saturday morning. Clearly shows they offer 24/7 roadside assistance. My driver was parked literally in the front of their location. Called in after a 20 minute hold I was able to speak to an agent who took all my information and after a 20 minutes conversation they found out that that location is not taking calls. NOT TAKING CALLS!!!??? This is the most ridiculous situation with the roadside assistance I ever dealt with as a Fleet Manager.

Read the title people, it's a commercial tire shop, so don't roll your Honda up in there expecting to get new shoes. Staff is great and if you like Star Wars noises as you sit in the waiting area, there's a sales guy that likes to R2D2 as he walks through. Service is on point.

Brought My RV in with a Rear tire issue. Super helpful, Friendly and they identified the problem right away. Definitely will be my first call whenever I have a Tire problem on my RV. Thanks Guys

I had asked their store to order in a 17.5 wheel about 2 years ago for my trailer and asked if I could pay ahead to get the wheel in. I was told not to pay until the wheel showed up. I called back 3 different times to be told the wheel was in Las Vegas, would be on its way shortly and would notify me when they arrived. 2 years ago and still nothing. I'm currently in Joplin, MO and decided to get the wheels out here which I was told they would have them on Monday morning after ordering them on Friday morning. (3 days to deliver the wheels...alot better than 2 years and failed promises) I'll make sure to put this store on my do not use list.

We are on vacation and had a slit in the side wall of the Rv. Our rental dealer contacted them and they came out to the campground within a few hours placed tire and the service man was great. Thanks so much
