Good Year posted they open 7.30am but workers said they start working at 8.30am.. they decided when they start working Not owner. 9.20am they made 1st touch. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL tire shop. One dude start arguing with me when I ask why so slow. He threatened to banned me from this location, put my old tires back and so on.. corporate supposed to pay attention on dudes here and take care. They don't know they loosing money and customers

The worse place ever. I bought a tire from them and 200 miles down the road I find out it have flat spots in the tire. For the amount of money I paid for it I just simply wanted them to replace it. They tell me it's nothing that they can do. All they wanted was my money🤬

I go for three axles alignment they do only rear axle alignment manager said we can’t open front tie rod and his mistake and after I go boss shop they open tie rod do alignment good year charge with out do anything be careful guys

Brought my rig into this goodyear dealer. Dealt with Ryan at the front desk. He was not very sympathetic to my concerns. In fact he blamed me for my tire problem without finding out what the issue may have been . The guys in the shop found 2 issues with my goodyear tire, that was not my fault. Ryan was rude, was not customer friendly . Ryan was even short with other customers over the phone. He needs to get help with interpersonal relationships. He was all a "company man" . The customer should come first or at least Ryan should act like the customer comes first. Ryan needs to say please and thank you too.

I stopped by to get two new steer tires for my W900. I pulled the truck in and they got to work right away. Very professional and courteous. I would go back.
