Very slow took over an hour just to get into door, they have 3 bays and were only able to use 1, tires stacked everywhere. But people there were and always are very friendly.

We encountered a flat tire on a Friday afternoon before a Holiday weekend. We were lucky enough to call this location and they were able to assist us right away. The staff went above and beyond with helping us with our issue as well as making sure all our tires were safe for the duration of our RV Trip. I can’t say enough about the staff and management, so grateful for their assistance.

This location should be under investigation for the way they treat their employees. The receptionist thinks she should be part of managment. Management listens to her idiotic ideas despite never taking into consideration how hard their employees are already working. The manager is a bully and hes able to get away with it because hes friends with people at the corporate office. Employees cant voice their concerns or opinion without repercussions. Drivers go weeks without a day off because they refuse to get another driver. They have fraudulently fixed time in favor of managment and to make it look like they abide by state laws. The location is a mess. They need new management who will value all their employees rather than just the receptionist. Several "investigations" have been done and things change while corporate is there then it goes back to the way it was before. I hope Goodyear Human Resources sees this and takes it seriously. Go somewhere else if you want a place that values the work of their employees.

Had a flat on the toll road. Pulled into the plaza and got a hold of them. They sent Jared out and he was very fast and friendly. I really appreciated him, and I hope he gets a raise. If I ever have a tire issue, I'll make sure they take care of it. Ian
