Could have been a lot better. I would have given in 1 star if not for the manager named Andie. Our bucket truck was in their shop for 4 days for something very simple and basic, one of our other trucks had the same issues and was fixed by another shop in less than 2 days. On Wednesday, which was the 3rd day of the vehicle being at the shop, I decided to call them myself, because there was not a word heard from them since Monday. They told me that our truck is ready for pickup. We got there on Thursday morning, and the truck was in worse condition than when we dropped it off. One of the strobe lights was supposed to be fixed but never was and the strobe light cover was gone. After asking Roberto where the cover is, his response was “I have it inside, you had it on the tape when you brought it”. Regardless what we had it on, it wasn’t put back. Came to find out-the light was ordered but was supposed to be replaced the day of pickup, after I was told that truck is ready to go. Our boom quit working. Master switch has been pulled out of the dashboard. The normal start up routine no longer works. So we left it there for them to fix it. At 4:30 I get a phone call saying its all ready to go. Get over there, and Roberto is smiling in my face and telling me that I have no idea how to use my bucket truck and that he lost half of his day because of me.(mind you, I have 22 of those trucks and because of his lack of professionalism we lost 4 days of work). He is standing there and smiling telling me that I am stupid and should learn how to use my vehicle. Manager Andie came out and told him to get out of there, if it wasn’t for her, this place would have been given 1 star rating. Roberto is very unprofessional, rude and ignorant person. If I ever bring my vehicle there again I do not want that person anywhere near my vehicle. Andie 10/10 Roberto -10/10

Service was great. I think the mechanic did a great job. I didn't appreciate the billing part because I was told one thing, and that was printed on my invoice, but the amount the bank paid was different. I called to question this and I was not satisfied with the explanation I was given.

Definitely recommend. Great service, excellent wait time, and got the job done efficiently on my 22 GMC. Savannah was very helpful as well.

Since they do not open on the weekends, I took PTO to get my oil changed and have new front brake pads put on. I was 10 minutes early before they opened at 7 AM which gave me time to clean my car before they opened. Everyone was very friendly and approachable. I was truly grateful that they applied an online coupon to help decrease the bill. Everything seemed good until the job was estimated to be 3 hrs but 2 hours into it, they received the wrong brake pads and needed to get the correct ones which they said would be another 30 minutes but in actuality added another 1.5 hrs to the job. For a total of 4.5 hrs. I was a little irritated but could be okay with it since I know they could be busy. I paid my bill and said my goodbyes and on Saturday I noticed that I had no windshield wiper fluid and I still had the old tag to remind me to change my oil at a certain mile marker. I called back on Monday and asked if they changed my oil because I was bone dry on my windshield wiper fluid and she I’ll had my old tag. They said that sometimes they run out of wiper fluid and the tag machine was broken. I know that it might be something small that can be overlooked by them but as a paying customer, no one told me any of that when I paid before I left the shop? For me to call back to get that information and then be asked to come back and we can fill the wiper fluid and get a new tag if it’s working seems poor customer service. I considered taking more time off to go resolve the matter but the experience doesn’t settle right to instill trust and integrity on the part of the shop. At this point, I won’t be doing business with them or can’t confidently recommend them to anyone else for fear someone else may receive the same treatment. I even replied to their survey link but it wouldn’t submit my feedback.

Incredible experience! I was in town for work and had some car trouble. I called Goose at the end of the day to see if they could work me into their schedule. They got me in and out quick and I was home by dinner. I highly recommend this shop! Thank you!

Will never go back had my truck for 4 months I was told that my transmission was bad and my springs and my suspension and control arms needed fixing and that since it took so long they were going to fix everything with no charge and it never happened just fixed my transmission always had a excuses why my truck wasn't done finally had to tell them I'll just go get my truck and now it's done and released but everything wasn't fixed only thing was my transmission was fixed they didn't keep there word or promises I'll never recommend or ever go back to them

Look I'm a cheap Mexican if I can't fix and my friends can't either, I'll cry looking for someone reasonable and reliable. I've always had an eye on Goose and Savannah was beyond amazing. She looked at our warranty and made calls needed to reduce my stress in this economy. I'll be bringing my mom's truck as well now to crank up the ac unit how it should be!
