Great shop. Got me in quick for my Mercedes transmission service. Had a shuttle service that pick me up. Car runs perfect . Will use Goose again. Something must have changed since I was there last time. Called to get an estimate for regular maintenance items. Lady did not wanted to look it up asked me to stop by. I understand if it involves a diagnostic inspection but for regular maintenance. Have to go somewhere else. Sorry

My complete experience was pretty amazing. I was scheduled very quickly, I was offered multiple services to take care of me while my car was being repaired, and then it was serviced in a timely manner. The staff was extremely friendly and gracious.

Great service. 100% experts in what they do. No one could correctly diagnose my car issue. They heard the noise and instantly knew the problem. They were very honest and communicated throughout the entire process. They are not the cheapest in town, but they aren't the most expensive either. For all they offer, I feel their pricing is fair. Will definitely use again for all my vehicles. Thank you for the great service and honesty.

Took my 2014 VW Jetta here to get my AC repaired as the compressor needed to be replaced and with it being the summer, I needed it done fast. They did their work very fast and very thorough with all their notes. I usually am very weary of mechanics as it tends to feel like they always try to pull a fast one on you so I showed all their notes and pictures to my mechanic friend and he was impressed and fully approved. I had lots of questions and was probably somewhat annoying to Marissa but she was very very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I full trust this shop and although I hope I don’t have to come back, I will definitely come here first if I need to take my car anywhere.

My car was brought because of transmission problems that I’ve been dealing with a very long time and they went above and beyond to fix the problem and make it better than it ever was. Their customer service is amazing and their technicians are incredible. I love how professional and knowledgeable they are and how Robert kept me informed throughout the whole process. It’s safe to say that I will definitely return and I highly recommend them.

I took my Audi there for a trans swap. Long story short, I made an appointment to drop it off and have it done. They said it'll be about a week to get done. Ended up turning into over a month. On top of that, they didn't do the job correctly because the new trans they put in didn't behave correctly. After questioning, asked if they transferred over my old TCU and code it, they said no but they can do it, they would just charge me again for removing and reinstall plus new fluids, which I had provided in the first place. So I go to pick up my car and had to take it as is with an iffy trans or pay another 2k+ for them to try and get it right. This is a late post (2 years late) but up until the day I got rid of the car, I had to drive it a certain way to get the trans to behave correctly. Not something you expect to do on a luxury sports sedan especially after spending over 4k to get it fixed. Posting this now because I am still in the VAG family and looking at shops to get some work done. Even though they opened a shop closer to me, I will not be going with them.

Most hassle free auto service I have had with my Volvo! Dropped it off after hours and got regular updates via text on what was needed and status of repairs. Very pleased- will use them again!

Robert was great. He helped me out with my car multiple times. Basically, I had to get wiring fixed near the coolant tank. Unfortunately, the fix on the wires from Goose Euro did not hold up and I had to get the wiring fixed elsewhere. I told Robert this situation and he gave me a refund for the fix on the wiring that did not hold up well. Also, they did fix my timing belt, and that seems to be holding up just fine. Many thanks to them.

This is a top notch shop. They go above and beyond with customer service. Robert is the manager and he takes pride in not just his work, but the work done by all the other workers who assist him with the shop. Nothing is rushed and they truly try to diagnose every problem while proposing a solution. They will work with you in every which way they can, which is much appreciated as not every shop will do that. It's a customer first type of shop and I will continue to trust them with the work done on my vehicles. Overall, I had a great experience.

2007 VW GTI— Goose was incredible. Angel took the time to show me what issues he was seeing with my car, the timing of recommended services, I did not feel pressured at all to do anything unnecessary. The atmosphere was very welcoming, friendly and overall just very comfortable. They provided a complete and comprehensive report of findings, cost breakdowns, and urgency of each job all at fair prices for the quality of work. I will absolutely be coming back for all my GTIs needs. Thank you so much!!

This review is long over due, but gotta give credit where it's due. I had an excellent experience with the staff here at Goose Euro on Colorado... My phone died and I couldn't get ahold of the shop to let them know I was on the way to pick up my car... Got there right at closing time with the help of family, and the staff helped me get my car out, and paid the balance and had my car for the weekend, without which it would have ruined other family plans... They helped me out a lot and I was grateful for the service that went above and beyond, and this shop quoted me the best price with OEM parts as well... Definitely would recommend this shop!
