Honest and very thorough work. They sent me a video of the work and tests they did on my car, and I notice they topped off my washer fluid without even mentioning it. Will not go anywhere else.

I know who is getting my next new vehicle purchase. Our Mazda goes in for warranty work. They are communicative and friendly throughout the whole process. They fix it and there was a minor issue with the repair. They got us in very quickly after calling about it. Sent wife home with a loaner. Sent a detailed video of the fix with an explanation of the minor issue and how they fixed it. It inspired confidence in us knowing they took care of it. A+ service. At some point I’ll need a new vehicle. I’ll be visiting Gordie Boucher for sure.

No issues on my service although they did try to upsell me when I came in for an oil change.
