I dropped by unexpectedly and yet Bill listen to the living with my Kia soul and was kind enough to take time off his busy schedule and look in his computer and try to find out what the problem was. I have not yet done the repair but just his predisposition to help me is worth five stars. Not many people will do that. Thanks Bill.

Call on phone to ask a question and the person was so rude. Hello everybody don't can't leave they car and just wait til you can get to it to let them know what's wrong. Work on being more pleasant with people sir.

Do NOT give this man your business if you are a VET!!!! Bill literally took a Veteran’s paperwork and threw it in the trash stating he would NOT do the work to his vehicle AND he should do it himself after the gentleman told him what all he had tried to do himself to get the vehicle running. All this man wanted to do was find someone to get his truck running and the Veteran Program would pay for it. This is the treatment he got.

Great shop, took my truck there twice, and is currently being serviced for a rear main seal leak. First time I took it to have my ac vacuumed out so I could replace my own compressor, the mechanic helped me diagnose everything just to find out that my problem was a bad relay. Saved me 200 dollars for buying a new compressor and sure enough my ac has worked to this day. Thanks Gordon. For being honest and fair. I look forward to see how my f150 turns out this time around

Called to get an estimate. Was asked if we could drop it off and leave it, unfortunately we can't and I said no. Was told "I don't know who's gonna be able to help you". That's a poor customer service response. If you can't work with someone that's okay, kindly decline.

I highly recommend Gordon's Automotive. Bill was a life saver when our car broke down about 2 miles down the road. He was able to get our car towed for us and started working on it immediately. Bill, Bubba and their team are total professionals and they will make sure your automotive problems are resolved in a timely manner at a fair price. My wife and I were recently in Jacksonville visiting relatives when our Ford F150 died. Two bad components in the Emissions System were quickly identified and replaced. Our 2014 truck with 120,000 miles now runs like new for our trip back to Virgina.
