I’ve been bringing my car here for the past 2-3 years, and they never disappoint. James and everyone here is always friendly, super reliable, and they really take care of my car. Every time, the service is quick, and they make sure everything’s in perfect shape before I leave. I will always recommend this place to anyone who is looking for car maintenance and repairs.

I recently went to this place and got my car done, it’s insane how they charge you for every little thing then whenever I went to service my car today at the Toyota dealership they said whoever worked on my car but the rotors on wrong and always the break pads, I was charged $450 for this repair if you are looking for a good mechanic don’t use this store.

Recently brought in my "new to me" 2000 Camry that I'd been doing a complete suspension overhaul on. I hadn't been able to get rid of a steering wheel vibration, and James suggested checking to see if the wheels were bent. I felt like a dingus but thinking about that (because I'd already had those wheels balanced by another shop that didn't mention any damage to the wheels), and Bingo, he was spot on. Put two wheels on, and after installing control arms I brought it back to them for an alignment which they did in a jiff. Super helpful guys, will be taking my stuff back to them if I get in anything over my head. Thanks y'all!

I tell you this business always put a smile on my mother and I faces. My mother lives in Chapel Hill and she loves for me to bring her vehicle to Gowers. The mechanics there are very good at what they do and very professional. James is always willing to work with you and he stands behind his work. There’s no other place to bring your vehicle other than to Gowers. Thank you JESUS for ppl like James!!!

I called to get an alignment and the guys notice my back tire had a bubble. Did extra work on the strength. I was in and out. Definitely an excellent shop. Will be coming here from now on

Dropped my 94 F150 off for an alignment just before close one day. They completed the work on time the next day for the quoted price; seems to drive well, so I'm satisfied. Parking is tight because they have so many vehicles, but a small inconvenience for trustworthy service. They did suggest some brake work (which it does need) but when I declined for now,there was no pressure.

I can’t say enough about how I was treated by JamesD at Gower‘s brake service. I’ve been going there for years and have been used to dealing with craig. I found out that he retired this past year but I felt they would still treat me right. I went there with a transmission problem on my Ford explore. I was concerned that I may have to replace the transmission. I was happy to find out. It was just an oil change and a loose bolt that was causing my.
