Everytime I pull up to change my tire, there are people there outside and wave you in right away . The times I’ve waited they approached and said we will be right with you. I tried royalty tires 3 times before here and they all don’t even say hello or great you what’s so ever and have much more workers. Which is crazy to me . I’ll always come to this shop now going forward just because their customer service is wayyyyy better than royalty tires

Old lady i am. Yes these guys where so great, the could have told me I needed a new tire ,but, no ...they fix it it was the air valve .honest and fast great job....$12 bucks and on the road in 20 minutes...they are new give them a try PLEASE...

Very nice workers. Quick. Just gotta be careful , they were distracted talking with other customers while doing my tire rotation , and they left a couple lug nuts loose , could've caused an ugly accident or ruined my car . Other than that. Good experience. Just have to be a bit more personal and attentive.

Excellent service and fixed exactly what was needed without a bunch of upsell and getting lied to (like a local big name tire shop just did to me). GR Motorsport will be our go-to for all things care related from now on!

I went because I had a screw on my tire and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. The process was very, very simple. It was raining and the owner let us go through the interior side so we don’t get wet. They’re really good people

Called to ask a question and the guy that picked up the phone had a nasty attitude. I guess someone kept calling asking questions and the guy thought it was me.

Horrible service, the waiting time is too long, and for a simple question they told me to go inside the office and ask. Very unprofessional! Oh and asked me $3 to put air on your tires, Never using them again!!

I used to go here when Junior was the owner, today I found out that he is no longer there, I didn't like the new owner because he's an arrogant guy and very pushy, I asked him for a pair of tires and without checking he told me he had them and gave me an outrageous price of $85 for a tire that you can find anywhere else for around $55, I told him of course and I wasn't going to bite them and he replied with a negative smirk and just turned his back on me, song for whoever read this and wants to go there now this is what you going to find.

El dueño o encargado del sitio GILBERTO es una persona muy grosera y no sabe tratar con el cliente, siempre tengo que ir dos veces al sitio, la primera por un problema con mis cauchos y la segunda porque el trabajo no queda bien realizado y la respuesta del mencionando señor es que el me vende unos cauchos nuevos para mi carro. Nose si será una estrategia de ventas o es que ellos dentro del taller dañan más los cauchos para obligar a los clientes a que compren los cauchos que ellos venden allí. El día de ayer ( 03/25/24) me pude dar cuenta de esta estrategia cuando el señor antes mencionado el dijo a una señora que estaba llevando su carro por una rotación de cauchos que estos estaban bastantes malos ( No siendo esto cierto ) y le ofreció unos nuevos a lo que la señora no supo que responder y a lo cual después se negó hacer la compra de dichos cauchos. Vamos a ponerle bastante OJO a esto y también al mal servicio al cliente que tienen en ese sitio The owner or manager of the site GILBERTO is a very rude person and does not know how to deal with customers. I always have to go to the site twice, the first because of a problem with my tires and the second because the work is not done well and the response The one I mentioned, sir, is that he is selling me some new tires for my car. I don't know if it is a sales strategy or if they damage the tires more in the workshop to force customers to buy the tires they sell there. Yesterday (03/25/24) I was able to realize this strategy when the aforementioned man told a woman who was taking her car for a tire rotation that these were quite bad (this is not true) and He offered her new ones to which the woman did not know how to respond and to which she later refused to purchase said tires. We are going to pay close attention to this and also to the poor customer service they have on that site.

I have a SUV, and I was looking for 4 used tires. They had 2 tires for the size I needed, and they call me next day to confirm the other 2 were ready. All 4 tires are were perfect shape, they look like new. Staff was very attentive, waiting area was comfortable and clean. Great job/service, 100% recommended

Cambio de dueño subieron los precios y la persona que esta a cargo es muy imprudente y el otro empleado no termino lo que le pedi indicando que se tenia que ir enviandome a pagar el servicio sin haber terninado de recoger mi goma de repuesta se lo hice saber a un empleado de la previa administracion.No vuelvo mas y no los recomiendo como negocio pesimo el servicio al cliente.

They owner was really aggressive. I was just looking for times Instalacion and he stated that I had to wait like everybody else in a really demeaning way. My intention was not to rush or be fast just know the times, also the phone number doesn’t work and they change their name to GR

Tried to call ahead to make sure they got my kind of tire... their phone isn't set up. Then I go visit during SCHEDULED HOURS, only to get turned around because they're not working. Please updated scheduled hours, or have a platform in where you can let customers know when you're closing during scheduled business hours.

We were a customer for a long time and the service was very good for years. Now they changed owners and the new owner is rude and doesn’t know how to treat customers. We very sorry but we won’t be back.
