I drive for a living so I always buy good used tires. Started going to grade a tires about 2 yrs. Always had great service and decent used tires until the last 2 weeks. They put wrong size tires on so I had 2 different sizes on my car. Then 2 weeks ago i bought 2 tires and one is just trash. Makes my car shake and pull hard to left. So went back and they balanced the tire and said if it doesnt act right bring it back so again not shaking but pulln left. Check tire pressure all the same but pulls to left. Customer service should be number one priority. Tire trash change it and get it over with so customers dont have to keep coming back. Ridiculous lazy employees

I would recommend this shop not only do they do fast and friendly service they also warranty their work as well as used tires for 7 days and i can honestly say that i had 2 tires put on front of my van next morning driver side tire was sitting on the ground my husband took it off took it back to them not only did they remember him they immediately fixed the issue and it was as simple as that! I expected a hassle but got nothing but A+ Service!! If you haven't been here for your used tire needs you SHOULD it's well worth ur monies!!!!!

Just not what it used to be, been going here for years. I went yesterday and the guy sold me a tire that was leaking. This should have been identified when he did the leak test. I had to drive all the way back to exchange and he wouldn’t even give a discount for wasting my time. No longer reliable. The only guy that was working also didn’t understand Any English and charged me a disposal fee even though I kept my tire.

I use to come here often to get used tires at great prices. The staff was always friendly and cooperative. And attentive to detail. But here lately they're awful. Very short with you, overlooks things, and now has outrageous prices for tires that will barely last a year.

This place used to be good I've gotten tires here many times and spent thousands of dollars with this place for work vehicles and stuff hadn't been there for a while and I call and the person I talked to told me $20 for a used tire and then I get there and I flat-out call me a liar to my face and tell me I never said that it's always 30 or more for a tire so then they charge me $60 for 2 tires and one of the tires has a plug-in it they didn't even bother telling or asking me if it was ok to that was plugged so this place has gone downhill will not be back horrible service and communication

Very quickly assisted& even in rain they had tire off, changed,& out of there in less than 15:min. Only question I had was being charged $15 more than I was charged for a tire on same car one month ago...but, other than that great service
