I’m so shocked with how my car turned out! Grand Prix is serving 5 Gold Star customer service and highest quality work. Jake and his awesome team made feel like I got a brand new car again. My poor Ioniq 5 that I only had for a couple of months got rear ended. I love my Ioniq 5 and needed to make sure it was in the best hands possible. Just look at the results, they speak for themselves. On top of that they made the entire car rental process easy, made sure I had all my documents in order, and even handled most of the insurance communication for all the coverage aspects. Special shout out to Gloria, she made sure nothing was missed! Come here for the best in class auto repair service in LA.

Great auto body shop!! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I took my car in to get a window replaced and for a general car check. Jake was great and quick to respond with an estimate, followed by smooth and quick service. Will be coming back & recommend

Pretty much brand new. Bought a car that I’ve been saving up to get for a while only to get my parked car hit a few days later. Came here and it may have taken a while due to negotiations with other party but they were amazing w advice and patience. Got reimbursed and was finally able to have the car fixed. It looks brand new. Not only that but they also taught me just how important the paint blend is in these situations.

Samantha and team took care of my 2019 Mazda cx5 right away and had it back to me earlier than expected with perfect repair of a panel I dented and scratched in a run in with a stationary object in my garage doh! Gave me a better deal than the other guy and returned the car washed and in pristine condition. Also absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Don’t think twice - they will appreciate your business and do a great job.

Grand Prix Autobody Shop service is epitome of high quality service, I cannot endorse enough for their service, Jake is the person you want to be with during those stress moment cause by damage on the vehicle, he is calm and corrective with prompt response and execution. Moreover, his entire team has experience with Exotic to Conventional Vehicles from Lamborghini to Toyota. Wish I can give 10 Stars!

Came in after my car was rear ended. The staff was really helpful and thoroughly explained the repairs and helped with the insurance process. They kept constant communication with me and ended up finishing the repairs quicker than expected. I’ll definitely come again and would highly recommend to anyone in need of getting their car fixed!

I am not usually someone that writes reviews, but I feel obligated to due to the excellent experience I had at Grand Prix Auto Body. I was greeted quickly by co-owner Jake Han and his team. They were able to quickly confirm the reason why my drivers door would not close, the hinge (which my Toyota dealership couldn't quite identify). Ironically, they were able to temporarily mend my current situation lifting the door up with some force to align the hinge while I awaited the part to come in the following business day. This saved me the pain of having to crawl through the passengers side door to get to my driver seat, and best of all, they did not even charge me for this! Upon showing up for my appointment, they were able to get my car in quickly and fixed with no further issues in about a hour next day. The price charged for all of this was very reasonable compared to the price I was quoted at the dealership. Jake and his team were all consummate professionals, understanding, and very friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone who has further car issues to trust Grand Prix if they are ever concerned with price/quality at their local car dealership!

I took my car to Grand Prix Auto as I was experiencing severe tire rubbing issue after hitting a nasty bump in freeway. I consulted with several shops but non of them provided me a good solution. Luckily Grand Prix Auto took care of it within an hour with very favorable fee. Jake was very patient to listen to my concerns and kind. I think I found a new go-to body shop / mechanic, especially for car like mine which has been quite modified.

You can tell they are very knowledgeable and hard working straight off the bat. I’ve never seen a body repair shop that pays lots of attention to detail and has very technical software that explains the issues and costs. Owner is very friendly and most importantly experienced and trustworthy. This is by far the best repair shop I’ve been to in all of LA.

Damaged the side of my car badly in a garage and visited Grand Prix based on the reviews. Definitely held up to what great experiences previous customers have had. Timely and easy communication and Scott worked w me to adjust the plan as I wanted certain things completely fixed and others patched for now. Car was returned washed and interior cleaned as well, which was greatly appreciated.

Great experience with Jake who was very receptive with my performance parts install request for my Tesla Model S. He and the tech made sure the rear spoiler was well supported, sent update photos and also did the body kit. Highly recommend this auto body shop if you have aftermarket parts for professional installation 💯

If i could rate this place >5 stars, I would. I had bumped a strangers car while backing up and the clips of the grill and the grill needed to be replaced. They quoted half the price another place did. A couple months ago I had also changed my hubcaps and they had fallen off and they put it back on as just an extra service with no cost. Truly appreciated my service here

Grand Prix Auto Body is one of the most honest car shops I’ve been to in my life and possibly one of the best experiences I’ve had with car shops i general. I have a bad history of getting scammed with marking up car parts or fixing parts of my car that doesn’t need to get fixed. These guys co formed my assessments of my needs and fixed my car without upselling. Not only was the ordering of parts (in my case my car visors) and labor much cheaper than other places I’ve gotten quotes for, but they also provided a complimentary service of fixing my trunk latch. I appreciate the honest service and over-the-top customer service.

I had a great experience with Grand Prix today. The splash guard on my Prius came loose and was scraping against the ground. They were able to get me in immediately, explain my options, and make the necessary repair. Scott was incredibly patient, kind, and honest and answered a few other questions I had about my car. I visited a mechanic I know, and I was highly impressed. They were incredibly friendly, showed great enthusiasm for their work, paid meticulous attention to every little detail, explained the repair process thoroughly after an accident, and provided a top-notch estimate. Where do I start: Jake and Samantha are amazing. They were super easy to communicate, always kept me up to date on the gross of the repair. They even gave me a ride back home from the shop! They also even installed one of my carbon fiber pieces for free. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Honest, skilled, and trust worthy hard to find at times with auto body shops.
