This shop has been my place to go for 13-14 years now. Jay and his crew have gone the extra mile more than once and in a big way. It is definitely a lot more honest and reliable than many of the Toyota service shops. And their prices are also much better than the competition.

This out of towner really appreciates a <1.5 hour turnaround to patch a flat tire and run a quick test on a check engine light to have confidence to get back home safely.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Called a few times with questions this morning- everyone who answered just set such a good tone like they genuinely enjoy helping people. Jay was awesome and he was informative EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. He worked with my warranty company (I didn’t have to do anything!), Jay & Grand Tire couldn’t have made my life any easier truly made me feel so comfortable and best of all Got me back on the road so fast. True highlight - THEY asked ME what time I worked & said call me back at this time and see if we can get it back to you so u don’t have to pay for Uber !!! Like what ? No other auto place does this nor so many care … but this Gem cared. There is no doubt grand tire is the best around to get ur car fixed and have a great service the whole way

I experienced discrimination and prejudice service from Bob. I called on 2/24 Friday to get an estimate for a Chevy Spark 2016. The estimate was for two front tires to be replaced and an oil change. The estimate was around 140.00 per tire. I was told first come, first serve. I showed up the following day on Saturday morning. From the moment Bob looked at me, the bad service began. He stated no such quote ever existed. There’s a chance the quote could of been wrong, but he proceeded to tell me there was no tire in the size 185-55-15 available at the shop. Mind you, this is a tire shop. The person I spoke to the prior day didn’t have a problem locating the tires I needed. What changed? The information given to me by Bob was false because Bob didn’t want to service me due to my race. I want the General Manager to tell me there was no tire in size 185-55-15 of the morning of 2/25, or I’m escalating this issue to corporate.

BOB AT GRAND TIRES ROCKS!! The brakes in my car were well worn and making noise. Naturally I went to Grand Tires where I knew the job would be done right the first time. There were 30 items to be repaired. Bob even threw in a few extras. I have been to countless repair shops in the Midwest and California, but NONE OF THOSE REPAIR SHOPS CAN MATCH THE 1st CLASS SERVICE, GUARANTEE and advice given to me by Bob and his crew. They know their stuff, they are honest and they are perfectionists. And if anybody tells you differently, don't believe it!

Called off work because i got a quote the day b4 and confirmed to come in first thing in the morning. Showed up with the car and Bob was like well take a look at it and give you a quote, i then explained i had 1, and he was like yeh no we have to look at it. I sat and waited for 25 min in dissapointment cuz i read a review tht explaind the exact same issue with bob the day before. I then called another shop in the area and got a quote for $220 less then the quote from the day prior from this establishment. Asked for my keys and chose to avoid the poor service Bob had to offer.

Had my tires patched. Waited for about 3hrs to get it dont even though had an appointment. But its a good place. They have nice waiting area and some restaurants nearby if you want to go somewhere while waiting.

I definitely trust Grand tire with getting my car fixed.They are honest .I suggest calling ahead of time to get your car in because they are busy since they get the job done right. Bob is very understanding, friendly and helpful. The whole staff goes out of their way get the job done right. I have been coming here for years and always left happy and satisfied.

Absolutely the best auto repair and tire shop in the city. Was once prepared to spend $800+ on a repair and they called to say that it would be $45 as they found a smaller repair was needed. The best.

After hitting metal road debris on I294 - blowing both passenger side tires - breaking a rim and having to be towed... we ended up at Grand Tire and Auto. They had the Explorer with all new tires and had taken the time to find a deal on a matching rim. They drove a total of 3 hours to obtain the rim and save us $500 from buying a new one and being able to have the car back within 24 hours. Excellent above and beyond service. Thank you!!!

We were there around closing time. They close at 6, Google says they close at 7. We though we still have time! I had a small nail in one of the tires! They were very nice and fixed it right way even though they had to stay longer to finish! Very nice people! Thanks for fixing my tire! Recommended!
