She went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle registered, transfer the title, and complete a smog check—all with such care and efficiency. Doreen made the whole process so smooth and hassle-free, treating my situation with genuine attention to detail. I left the clinic feeling incredibly grateful for her exceptional service. If you need a trustworthy and caring auto service, Grandview is the place to go, and Doreen is simply the best!

Called to try to find about this store’s business hours. The man on the phone was sooo rude. I guess he has enough business that he doesn’t need anymore. His attitude was a reflection of his business practice.

I highly recommend this place, especially as a woman who has been scammed many times elsewhere. Don and Eric (I believe is his name) spent so much time helping me diagnose my car when the dealership got it wrong. Not only did they figure out the problem within a minute of driving the car with me, they both separately drove the car with me and showed me the specific problem while driving, and then again when it was up in the shop. They spent a lot of time and energy free of charge and do not over charge for things. They also squeezed me in when I was in a pinch. I normally dont write reviews but I just really love this place and its rare to find car service places I have this much confidence and trust in.

Professional and caring!! Let’s you know exactly what is going on with your car!! Is very fair in pricing. They are busy because we all tell each other we have a great place to take our cars!! Highly recommend!!

I had been coming to this shop for many years, from when the owner was Felix. They do good work but the receptionist is incredibly rude. One time she greeted me with “What do you want?” Does not make me feel very valued as a customer. That’s the only reason I’m taking my business elsewhere, which is a shame. The mechanics are super nice, helpful and competent. They just need someone friendlier to greet customers.

I live in Silver Lake and was driving to visit a friend out west when my radiator blew up. I totally lucked out to be in the neighborhood. Don helped me out right away and even let me borrow his car to get home while they kept my 4Runner in the shop overnight! Don and his team were honest and on time! I can’t recommend this place enough :)

Very pleased with the multiple times I've taken my car here. Ralph is a fantastic mechanic and the overall service here is great! Definitely recommend this place for getting your vehicles serviced. Very honest and knowledgeable staff as well!

Quickest service imaginable. Took my car to few shops but only these guys were able to figure out the sourse of motor hesitation and also addressed few other issues "while they were there" at no extra cost.

Excellent shop! They took the time and completely explained to me why my engine light was on - like a boss! So knowledgeable and helpful. Really broke it down in lamens terms. Gave me three options as to what it could be and what to expect in cost and labor. Very upfront and honest.
