Found this place bc it was close. Stayed because Victor and his team have done great work and been the friendliest, most helpful car care folks I’ve ever experienced. That’s huge for a woman who doesn’t know enough about auto repair to ensure I’m not being taken advantage. Thanks y’all! Keep up the good, honest work!

So glad they refused to work on my vehicle. I made an appointment to get an m alignment done after changing tie rod on my truck. I explained this information when I set my appointment. When I brought it in they put it on a lift and said that it was too far out of alignment for them to work on it. They also said it would be a different charge if camber needed to be adjusted. Luckily they refused to work on it and I was able to go to the Goodyear on Jones and they were able to see me immediately and were able to complete the alignment with no problems. Even adjusted the camber all for the same charge. Thank you for refusing my patronage and allowing me to find a better shop to take care of my needs without complaint.

Be very careful about bringing your vehicle herefor repairs!!! I brought my Ford Explorerthere for a simple oil change, they commented on the nice condition it was in, but they noticed a small leak from my transmission cooler lines that connects to the back of my radiator and also a leak from my rear differential where the seal on one of my rear axels needed to be replaced.After paying over $1000 for the repairs which included a radiator change I assumed everything was great. The explorers was my second vehicle not my daily, so I didn’t drive it much. Later down the road I noticed that the leaks were still there, but not only that, my transmission now clunked every now and again when going into reverse or drive and it had never done that before after having the truck over 4 years, only started happening after the “repairs” were done! Eventually my entire differential grenaded itself and I had to let my truck go because I no longer wanted to put any more money into it. I don’t want to completely blame this location, but to charge me for these repairs and none of the issues were resolved is very disappointing!!

I used to be a customer here (mainly for oil changes) but left due to professionalism issues. One of the mechanics that worked at Grant Firestone approached me about doing side work on my vehicle but it turned sexual as he sent me photos of his genitals that were taken in the shops restroom. My husband and I spoke with the owner and after showing the photos he was fired on the spot and we were offered a discount on work we needed done but we declined as the trust had already been broken. I called recently because I was trying to get an oil change and the new shop I went to couldn’t help as the oil filter housing was stuck. I recal Grant Firestone being the last place I had my oil changed. I called today to inquire about it and spoke with the shop manager Victor. In our exchange he told me the shop left a device plugged into my vehicle that resets the maintenance light and they’d been trying to contact me for about a year to retrieve it. Though it may be harmless to have been left behind it’s a bit alarming considering all the events that led up to this. I understand businesses are about generating income but I personally feel there’s a disconnect between respecting the customer, genuinely understanding their concerns, taking accountability and the responsibility of the shop to do what needs to be done with decency and in order. This is my truth and personal experience with this business. You’re more than welcome to try them out for yourself but proceed with caution.

This firestone is ideal. Wait times are super reasonable. Awesome mechanics that walk you through everything. Inspections here are also great, as the wait times are super reasonable.

Fair, works with you and makes sure the issues are taken care of. We actually broke a car here from a different franchised Firestone that was trying to lie to us about an issue and Victor showed the husband what was up. Also, a quick turn around and option for 100 days same as cash in approval. This is our go to shop!

I love this Firestone. Third time I've been here over the past few years and all the same great service. I called up (mind you they weren't busy) and was quoted 15-20 minutes for an oil change, they had me out of there in less than 15, all with giving me great feedback on my vehicle without being pushy about it. Absolutely great kind of people. Would recommend going here 10/10.

I love this place and find the leadership trustworthy. Went to have my oil changed the other day and they were too busy. 😞 I try to use them for all my work. If I lived in the area I certainly would.

I met someone here to be a truck. She swears by this place. The owner takes a bit to get used to Sarcasm and rudeness do not imply work ethics or standards, but they do show He seems to be a good guy

Pair of Catalytic Converters were cut off and stolen from a vehicle. They were able to replace both as well as repair other damage in one day. The cost paid was competitive, and the work was well done.

Came in about 5 o clock on Monday needed a brake replacement the manager victor said they wouldn't have time to do it asked him how long it would take he said we do not have time to come back the next day as I was sitting in the parking lot I realized that all the techs and a Young boy where drinking beer on the side of the building where they pull in cars lost my business don't need non sober mechanics working on my car

I went in for brake pads and was told that I do not need them, but that the problem was something else. However, I can hear the metal from the pads scraping the metal on the rotors as I press the brakes. I guess they did not want to take my Groupon.
