Grayson was absolutely hands down the best. Our 1987 VW Vanagon broke down and left us desperate and stranded on a Sunday in the middle of nowhere. Grayson was the only person to talk us through the issues and make us feel safe. Even though we ended up not needing his service, he was going to come out 20 miles with a new battery and help us out. Just having him there with advice and troubleshooting gave us peace of mind and we would recommend using his services any time. Thank you again Grayson!

Grayson was incredible! I had an emergency repair on my trolley, and he came out right away, working tirelessly through the night and even in the rain. He didn’t stop until the job was done, staying until 11pm to get it fixed. His persistence and dedication were truly impressive, and I couldn't be more grateful. Highly recommend Grayson for anyone in need of reliable and fast repair services!

I'm a OTR truck driver. Its a sunday afternoon. My battery's where getting low voltage ⚡️. I pulled over on a off ramp. Truck shut off. Wouldn't crank no more. 2 battery's where fried. Called Love's truck stop and a TA and they wanted a arm and a leg to fix the 2 batteries. Called Gray's Mobile Mechanic Service. They quoted me about 40% less then what Love's and TA wanted, which you save where you can as a Owner operator in these hard times in the trucking industry. Grayson showed up. Real cool guy. Very knowledgeable. Fix the problem in less then a hour and did a free alternator diagnosis. Couldn't be happier. Have a new mobile mechanic if I'm in the area. A+++

Traveling from Nj to morrisville ny, about 4-5 hr drive to my sons football game on a Saturday , my serpentine belt snapped, while on highway. I called every mechanic shop, mr tire , firestone all other local mechanics in the area of castle reek ny. Everybody was packed , booked or couldnt see the car until monday, which was out the question, i hot work and my kids got school. My fiancee searched google and came across gray page, called him and he said he can make it happen after getting info/ details of what we needed done. Upon coming to fix the serpentine belt which ripped in pieces, i needed a tension belt which was broken which caused the rip in belt. Gray even went to the lical auto zone to purchase the items needed and within returning car was fixed within 20 minutes. Prices were fair and reasonable, he had to drive 2 hours to us too fix the car. Respectful, professional this is the guy to call in this area. We were fortunate to have family in johnson city, but he is 24/7 service.

Grayson is the most personable, friendly, and diligent mechanic I've ever met. I'd give him 6 stars or more, if I could. An emergency situation happened with our truck right at midnight leading into a weekend. Not many auto shops are available on weekends, and we were stressed we'd have to go the entire weekend without the ability to go about our daily activities. Grayson was available to take our call that very night, however, and stayed on the phone to discuss the possibilities of what the photos we took may have meant, which was extremely comforting. He even came in that Saturday from out of town to take a closer look and was able to make the repair within the day.

I had a great experience with this service. I'm a single guy and I was preparing for my medical board exams and working countless hours per week at the hospital so I didn't have time to take my car to a shop. Gray came through for me. He's a super honest and skilled mechanic. I would recommend to family and friends. Wishing him the best as he grows his business.

We were traveling from Colorado to Upstate New York when our motor home broke down just outside Binghamton New York at 3:00 am on a Friday morning. After seeing his 5 star reviews on Google, my wife and I decided to give him a call. It was the best decision we made... The young man not only answered his phone and answered all our questions, he was prompt on his response and got right to work on fixing our problem. He had all the right equipment need with him to fix everything. His cost quote was right on with no surprises, We were very pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommended and appreciated. My daughter lost a tire on 86. This young man was the only one who answered at 630pm and he came right out. Just had new tires put on. He finished and checked all the others, 2 more were loose. This young man is self employed, and now he's the only one I will call.

My serpentine belt shredded while I was driving. Gray came out right after he finished his current job in pretty quick time. He was ultra professional and knowledgeable. Took a little over and hour to get me on the road again. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

We were 4 hours from home when a spark plug decided to go out, the engine light began flashing. Gary's mobile mechanic service was a dream come true, had the car fixed and ready to go in about 1 hour. The cost was cheaper than my own mechanic. I may even drive back just to have him install the other new spark plugs.
