Great price on install of tires, balance. And they got me in, in good time on a snow day. They installed my snow tires for very reasonable price on a loaded day.

I took my truck to Gray's for them to put a new engine in. After that there's been one issue after another. The truck lived at their shop the whole summer while they replaced steering columns, gear boxes, heater core, you name it, somehow everything just started falling apart as soon as they touched it. After $8,000 for the new engine several thousand dollars were spent "fixing" things that were NEVER an issue before. Call it a coincidence if you want, but the truck hasn't been the same since they touched it. It continues to need "re repairing" of the so called "repairs" they had done. This includes repairs for the brand new engine as well as everything else they touched along the way. This is just the tip of the iceburg too. I do not recommend Gray's auto to anyone ever!

I've been here a few times now, mostly for tire leak issues. They have been courteous, fast, and honest! Very happy with this location and would absolutely recommend it!

My husband used Gray’s previously and was very happy with their work and attention to detail. Our high school aged daughter hit a curb and because it was the weekend I took it to our local Firestone against my husband’s advice. They charged for an alignment they couldn’t complete and managed to make some of the specs worse. We called Gray’s and they were able to get her car aligned with no issue and for significantly less money. We really appreciate them and highly recommend their services.

When to go get my car realigned, it took only an hour. Didn't try to rip me off, and they let you know if there is something else wrong.

Bought tires on a Friday, the following day my engine blew and was offered less than 20% return on the tires that we bought from Gray's less than 24 hours earlier, on a car that was no longer drivable!!! We have used Gray's for years, they showed us NO GRACE or INTEGRITY for our situation. I was hung up on numerous times. So disappointing after years of loyalty.
