Manager should realize that he's performing Oil changes and emissions, not heart surgery! I have never seen an emission test take 25 min! Nor have I ever had to be "Added to the store system" to have an emissions test performed. How do they make money doing emissions so slow!!

My engine was “clicking” when I arrived and the manager did not want to touch my car. After some persuasion, Lee agreed to change the oil and service my car…..and once finished the engine sounds good as new! I so appreciate his level of caution and professionalism, and I’ll be a Grease Monkey client for a long time to come!

WILL RUIN YOUR CAR WITH A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE with a sprinkle of trash customer service Talk about a bad customer and regular service. People answering the phone are absolutely rude, making stuff on the spot. When asked to talk to a manager, he made a whole thing about how they suddenly can't talk about any service they have done previously over the phone. Of course you wouldn't. Messed up my car and wont take any responsibility. After doing oil at this place, I had to go to 2 different oil places who both said that they did a horrible job, the drain plug is rounded to the point where both places refused to take the liability of trying to do anything about the car and said the only option left is seeing if the dealership can help with that. (Both of them also said that the person who did the oil originally, definitely had no idea what they were doing) Never again. Save yourself from stress and extra wasted money, because these people have no idea what they're actually doing.
