Probably the best and quickest place Ive gone for an oil chance. I'm currently sitting in their waiting room, waiting for my stupid car battery to be replaced and the beautiful woman in charge is so kind. The pricing is very affordable. Amazing customer service. Can't recommend enough.

Once again Grease Monkey has been awesome and by far has the best of the best customer service from snacks while you wait to a wonderful staff everyone moving fast and willing 2 help. JD is assistant manager and is very kind and such a sweet gentleman.No other shop compares to this 5 star quality customer satisfaction at its best. Best shop in Austin Tx. Very trustworthy will be coming back.

I meant to go to Sticker Shop for a state inspection but missed my turn. While turning around I saw Greese Monkey and saw they also did inspections and I’m happy for it. Staff was very friendly and the service was quick. Not a long wait time for a last minute mid-week walk in. I may come here for furture oil changes as well.

I always hate changing my oil. I go to Firestone and they act like they are trying to chase you away. I go to Pep Boys and it can be hit or miss depending on who's at the counter, but I feel unwelcome most of the time. Not with Grease Monkey. They are the most polite, helpful, happy place I have ever been. I have never felt anything but welcome even when they were busy. Changing my oil now doesnt mean that I'm going have a bad day because of the rudeness I experience at other places. I will NEVER be going anywhere else again. Go to Grease Monkey! You wont be sorry.

We were in Austin from out of town buying a used car. We wanted to get the car inspected pre-purchase. Took the car to Grease Monkey. I forgot the names of the two individuals working (one African-American gentleman, and a lady), but they were great! They kept us informed of what they were doing, how it was going, and when they finished, took the time to explain everything and answer any questions. I would definitely use Grease Monkey again!

Guy at grease monkey was very rude and unhelpful. I came here with a voucher from hertz rental to get a tire rotation. He immediately began to inform me that I would need to wait an hour for him to get approval from Hertz. I didn’t understand why I needed to wait an hour when I already had a voucher from Hertz. He indicated he knew his job and this is the way things work out. I suggested calling hertz customer service to see if we could expedite the process. He began raising his voice and argue with me and told me this would not work. I proceeded to call hertz customer service anyway and he was 100% wrong. Hertz told me to have him send in a work request and they would approve it immediately. This made him very angry and told me to let him do his job. Extremely poor customer service. Does not want to improve process and gets offended when someone else does.

I came by to get a second opinion on some AC work I needed to do. Although the repair was out of their scope of work, they took the time to look at another bid from a different automotive shop that seemed to be over priced. They went over costs with me, and they were super informative and helpful. They went out of their way to help out even when they had no reason to. Very trustworthy and nice group of people. Would highly recommend giving them your business!

Pros: Always available. Cons: Overpriced. Their basic oil change service starts at $100, and it goes up from there, based on add-ons. If you're behind and must get it done today, then this is the place for you. If you don't mind looking around to save up to 50%, then you should do that instead.

This is how a mechanic shop should be run. Wonderful customer service and care for my car. I first went to the dealership down the road at 7:30am just for an oil change where I was informed it would take up to 2 hours to complete. So I went to Grease Monkey down the street and they took care of everything efficiently and quickly. Olivia was amazing and I appreciated her professionalism and communication. I accidentally forgot my back pack and they immediately called me to let me know. They even ran it out to the car for me so I didn’t have to leave my car. So kind! I will definitely be back. Thanks for taking such great care of me and my car!
