Told me it would be cheaper if they did the job outside of grease monkey. Charged me 2x the amount for half the work and broke my car. I'm here in Texas fixing their errors.

Kale and cam did incredible work on my car. Mr Mike helped me understand everything that was going on and was very transparent about pricing and the potential for future servicing. I stopped here on an emergency and was blessed with an incredible interaction with some genuinely good people. I can’t recommend them enough.

As I was leaving work at the end of the day…car battery had died and I needed a jump and new battery… walked into Grease Monkey and the guys were about to close but didn’t think twice when I asked if they could help me. VERY kind, friendly, professional- immediately I knew they were going to take care of me. It was actually the store manager and Kale who both helped me out and I was very thankful. I highly recommend!!! Thanks again guys !

These gentlemen are always so kind to me! I’m an out of state student and struggle to find places to work on my mini copper but they always are willing to help and make sure I’m comfortable. I brought my car in for two reason, the EPC code lit up on my dash board and my back driver window won't roll up or down. I went to grease monkey because they are one of the few places that took my warrenty and works on Volkswagen. I brought my car up there and paid $150 a diagnostic. They initially told me they needed do an oil change because I had no oil in the vehicle. I told them that was odd and asked if there was a leak because we change my oil on schedule and they said there was no leak and it's likely caused because I take the interstate too much. (I avoid the interstate and thats literally not a thing.) they said they changed the oil and it fixed the epc light but then called back and said it didn't fix it. They would need to order some parts for the epc light and the back window. I have a warrenty with a $500 deductible but the repairs would cost outside of that. I declined the repairs and picked up the vehicle. When we got the car home we notice that now my back door won't open from the inside. They never put it back together properly. We also checked the oil and it had not been change. So at the end of the day I paid $150 for a diagnostic only to get lied to about an oil change and to have a door that doesn't work properly. I literally paid to get my car back worse off than it was before. I would say they are probably better at basic things, like oil changes and tire rotations but they never did the oil change, they only said they did. I wish they would have told me upfront they were in over their heads instead of giving me the run around. We won't be back.

Update: The district Manger Rusty did call me and was very nice and professional. He refunded me my money as well as offered to fix vehicle free of charge. I declined the free service but was very appreciative of him reaching out to me and hearing me out and refunding me my money. I wouldn't trust this shop to put air in my tires. They have changed management and is now horrible. If I could give less than a 1 star I would. I called them because I have used them before and did great work. I wish I would have known it wasn't the same team there now. I called before having my vehicle towed there to see if they work on cooling systems they said yes. paid 150 to get towed there. They put coolant in and said problem was fixed. I told them on the phone it had a leak they said they looked and couldn't find it. I picked the car up drove back to my work and could smell the coolant burning on the engine. Pop the hood and see the leak right from the top. I drove car back to them showed them where it was leaking. They call me and tell me I need to bring to a dealership because they don't know where its leaking from and they don't know how to fix it. I then asked if I can get my 164 back for the DX fee and then I am told no because they found the problem. These guys are clowns and no one should risk going to them. I don't post reviews often but this deserves a review because they lied and if I can save one person from the mistake I made its worth it. stay away from this shop and these joke mechanics.

Don't go here, am I'm going with the first impression of someone named Noah l, and asked for a tune up for my BMW, he quoted me a price of 750.00 without knowing what make and model of my BMW!!!!!!!!! RED FLAG WAS THROWN IT'S A NOOOO FOR ME!!!

I needed an oil changed today and they told me I could come right on in. Zaran was a great help and he was very nice and had great customer service as well as the other guys as well. Please do come here to get an oil change they are a really great company and I do plan to come back on my next oil change. Thank you grease monkey

This place is horrible. I took my car for an oil change since they had a 50% off special and it also needed the tires rotated and filters changed. Right after I left my tire pressure alert came on, so I pulled over and checked it. Every tire had way too much air, so I put them where they needed to be and reset the alert. It went off again, so again I pulled over and checked them and then I had a tire that was low that I also noticed a slit in the side wall. So I went back and they checked the air in the tires and accused me of hitting something after I left to cause the alert to go off (which I know 100% that I did not). Everything seemed fine, so I left. Later in the day, I had my boyfriend check them for me and he said the one with the slit had a slow leak. I ended up having to buy another tire the next day. Then yesterday I went to use my wiper fluid to clean my windshield and it is out. That's something they claimed they checked also and was fine. I'm not really sure what they did for so long while they had my car, but it clearly wasn't what I paid for. This was a waste of time and money. I will not use them for anything else and will make sure people are aware of how badly they treat their customers!
