Been driving past this place for awhile now Got a coupon in the mail for an oil change (the timing of that was crazy as I needed a oil change) Gave this place a go In short Fast Efficient Polite And we'll priced even if I didn't have that coupon. It was a reasonable price for a full priced oil change. I think I'll come back here again on the future. Was a nice find. Thanks for the coupon 🙌

This is the first time, in my life, that I ever heard, you have to have a check engine light or check engine service light, so as to generate a computer code to effect troubleshooting and repair of any vehicle. Grease Monkey should openly state in their advertisements, that if you don’t have a check engine light to effect a computer code for troubleshooting, Grease Monkey can’t repair your automobile.

Kale and cam did incredible work on my car. Mr Mike helped me understand everything that was going on and was very transparent about pricing and the potential for future servicing. I stopped here on an emergency and was blessed with an incredible interaction with some genuinely good people. I can’t recommend them enough.

As I was leaving work at the end of the day…car battery had died and I needed a jump and new battery… walked into Grease Monkey and the guys were about to close but didn’t think twice when I asked if they could help me. VERY kind, friendly, professional- immediately I knew they were going to take care of me. It was actually the store manager and Kale who both helped me out and I was very thankful. I highly recommend!!! Thanks again guys !

These gentlemen are always so kind to me! I’m an out of state student and struggle to find places to work on my mini copper but they always are willing to help and make sure I’m comfortable. I brought my car in for two reason, the EPC code lit up on my dash board and my back driver window won't roll up or down. I went to grease monkey because they are one of the few places that took my warrenty and works on Volkswagen. I brought my car up there and paid $150 a diagnostic. They initially told me they needed do an oil change because I had no oil in the vehicle. I told them that was odd and asked if there was a leak because we change my oil on schedule and they said there was no leak and it's likely caused because I take the interstate too much. (I avoid the interstate and thats literally not a thing.) they said they changed the oil and it fixed the epc light but then called back and said it didn't fix it. They would need to order some parts for the epc light and the back window. I have a warrenty with a $500 deductible but the repairs would cost outside of that. I declined the repairs and picked up the vehicle. When we got the car home we notice that now my back door won't open from the inside. They never put it back together properly. We also checked the oil and it had not been change. So at the end of the day I paid $150 for a diagnostic only to get lied to about an oil change and to have a door that doesn't work properly. I literally paid to get my car back worse off than it was before. I would say they are probably better at basic things, like oil changes and tire rotations but they never did the oil change, they only said they did. I wish they would have told me upfront they were in over their heads instead of giving me the run around. We won't be back.

Update: The district Manger Rusty did call me and was very nice and professional. He refunded me my money as well as offered to fix vehicle free of charge. I declined the free service but was very appreciative of him reaching out to me and hearing me out and refunding me my money. I wouldn't trust this shop to put air in my tires. They have changed management and is now horrible. If I could give less than a 1 star I would. I called them because I have used them before and did great work. I wish I would have known it wasn't the same team there now. I called before having my vehicle towed there to see if they work on cooling systems they said yes. paid 150 to get towed there. They put coolant in and said problem was fixed. I told them on the phone it had a leak they said they looked and couldn't find it. I picked the car up drove back to my work and could smell the coolant burning on the engine. Pop the hood and see the leak right from the top. I drove car back to them showed them where it was leaking. They call me and tell me I need to bring to a dealership because they don't know where its leaking from and they don't know how to fix it. I then asked if I can get my 164 back for the DX fee and then I am told no because they found the problem. These guys are clowns and no one should risk going to them. I don't post reviews often but this deserves a review because they lied and if I can save one person from the mistake I made its worth it. stay away from this shop and these joke mechanics.
