Good, honest mechanics. Just had my brakes done and they did great work. Tim and Tommy were especially helpful after noticing a defect in one of my rotors. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good mechanic

Tim & his team at Grease Monkey are the best! I came in to do a state inspection, and unfortunately my tires did not pass. They took the time to explain what was going on and what I needed to do to fix it. Got the problem resolved and came back to complete my inspection. No wait time, wonderful experience, 10/10!!!!

Came in because my tire was low and Chris immediately found the problem. He pulled the tire off and patched it. Saved me from needing a new tire. Chris and all the folks there treated me well. Awesome group. If you need anything take your car there.

I can’t say enough good things about the experience I just had at this grease monkey location. The staff, Joey especially, was incredibly polite and knowledgeable and took care of exactly what I needed, and what seemed like the blink of an eye. I will most certainly be returning to this location. The higher-ups at grease monkey would be wise to hire more people like Joey. 10/10 would recommend.

Kain did a great job explaining the VIP pass and was able to get me in and out in a quick time. His customer service was top notch. Definitely will return long as Kain is working at this location.

Tim is fantastic! He went out of his way to make sure I knew everything that he did to my vehicle and even set up my oil change reminder in my car so I don’t lose track. He was very friendly and informed. It is always nice to have a pleasant customer service interaction in today’s climate where it is less common.I I’ll definitely be coming back to see him for all my car needs.

I recently came in for an oil change. And the staff was not only friendly but knowledgeable. Tim and Kain was so patient with me and answered any questions I had, explained each service and why it was important for the health of my car. They have earned my trust. As long as these two gentlemen are at this location, I will continue coming here for my car needs. Thank you again Tim and Kain

Kain Cephas asst manager gave me great service. He made sure all information was correct and answered any questions I may have had. When you talk about polite and motivated that is Kain Cephas. Keep doing what you doing soldier, God not done with you. He was great! BUT the mechanic Chris and store manager Tim moved like they did not have anything to do. They told me I would be IN/OUT. I got here at 1:10 with car pulled in and as of 1:50 he has not completed two tires. It is now 1:53 pm and just completed the first two tires. Kain was great, getting my tires put on was poor service.

Was so well taken care of here! Kain went above and beyond for us. Would definitely recommend for an oil change. The customer service was excellent
