Been coming here with my THREE cars for years. I had some concern about the emphasis on speed over quality, as I would rather have it done correctly than really fast. Unfortunately the final straw was today with what was probably my 50th oil change with these folks. For the first time ever, I remembered to bring a coupon ($25 off) and….they refused to honor it. No fine print or anything like that, just said they won’t do it. Seems like a really poor choice of hills to die on, but I guess I’ll be going elsewhere from now on. Oh well.

I have been coming to this specific Grease Monkey location for the entirety of my cars life (since 2018) and have had nothing but positive experiences here. The crews do change over time, but also some of the folks there have been there for years and I enjoy the conversations and advice they give. The environment is clean, the waiting area is clean, they are fast even when they are busy, and I generally do not worry that they failed to do anything that I asked. I have anxiety about my car often but whenever I come here I know the car will be taken care of as it should be. Highly recommend this place!

Day one, after I arrive the Assistant Manager comes out of the shop to greet me. Turns out that I had arrived 10 minutes after the store closed. Yet he helped me to reset the oil change indicator. Took only 30 seconds yet I was impressed that he did that and did not tell me they were closed and I asked him what their hours were. Day two, because I had inadvertently/mistakenly placed 2 additional unneeded quarts of oil in the car - and was concerned about potential damage that the engine might experience, I went by again. This time during hours when they were open. The same assistant manager greeted me, I explained why I was there and asked if they could draw down the oil level. He and the manager worked together for about 30 minutes to do exactly that. I was amazed when I went to pay, discovered they were not charging me, and I could not persuade them differently. I know where I am going to go.

I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to Colorado and they have always been great! Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. This is the only grease monkey location I trust with my dodge challengers!

Used to change oil on all my vehicles there. Took my truck in for standard oil change. They said diff fluid was dirty and should be changed. Hit me with a bill for 444.00. Never again will I go back. After checking around those services including oil change should have paid a maximum of 275.00. I’m done.

Every time I’m here, they are always so helpful and make sure my vehicle is getting the maintenance that it needs! They make suggestions and don’t force decisions on you. This is my spot for getting oil changes from here on.

It was a terrible service, definitely do not hire racist staff, the skinny man with long hair got upset because I didn't know how to speak English, he treated me the worst, as if I was going to ask them for free service. I will never go back to that place again. Thank you.

I’ve been coming to this shop for several years and in the past they’ve been great. This time was a much different experience. Of the 3 guys working I’ve heard 2 of them complaining to customers (I was one of the customers) about various things. I get it if you’re having a bad day but complaining to customers is very unprofessional. They all seem to be extremely unhappy and the level of customer service is suffering drastically. I actually contemplated going to a different business because from the moment I pulled up I felt like the guys were just annoyed that they had another car to do. They also wouldn’t honor a coupon they sent to me because it wasn’t in their system and instead gave me a lesser coupon. I might be finding a different place to get my car serviced after this experience.

The technicians were courteous and seemingly efficient. My only issue is at payment and they were reviewing the things they had done. They said they washed the windows....they didn't. They said they inflated the tires to 35 psi...two are at 32 psi. They said they vacuumed the interior....they didn't. While not huge oversights, I have to wonder if they misrepresented these items, what else might have been overlooked? Was the right oil used? Was it filled properly? (It was...I later checked). Were other fluids really checked? These sort of doubts will likely keep me from returning.

They always do a great job - I was in and out in 20 minutes. The owner even told me about where my thermostat housing is leaking so I can have my mechanic look at it. I noticed this morning that they vacuumed too!!

I’ve been coming for years but the last couple of times the employees seem angry or unfriendly (more with each other) and they’ve said they can’t do work on my car for one reason or another, resulting in extra trips to the dealership. He also mentioned my car was 2WD so they skipped a step when it most definitely is AWF. They also broke my glove box. From now on I will just go straight there, unfortunately.

Service here is always the best. Ryann took care of my needs (oil change, brake fluid flush) She was kind, witty and had an overall great attitude. All while the place was as busy as I've ever seen it. Additionally I have never felt pressured to get the additional services that come up in inspection, and even when I choose to get the extra services, they are reasonably priced. Complimentary snacks and drinks seem to stay stocked, and that's nice.
