This has always been my goto place for my oil/filters changes for a long time. I have always been happy with their service and would have given 5 stars. The last time i went in however, I'm hesitant to go back. A few days after the service, my car started making noise from underneath. When I inspected what was going on, grease monkey had left many if of the undercarriage fasteners off of my car. The noise was from loose plates vibrating from underneath. I haven't taken my car back to have them fix it since I live in Aurora and have not had the time. Needless to say, my once smooth sounding 2022 Acura still sounds like it's falling apart. I'm due now for service again; not sure if I should go back or find a new place to have service done!

Was in and out in 15 minutes was truly good experience.They told me of other services they do beside oil changes with out pushing them on me.The folks here where friendly professional and each one knew what they where doing.5 star which I never give easily.

I've had my oil changed at this Grease Monkey numerous times. They've always provided great customer service and timely thorough workmanship with my vehicle. I'd recommend them if you're needing good service on your vehicle. -Barry

There was absolutely nothing done to my car that cost $96. 4 quarts of oil doesn’t cost $96!! The oil filter and air filter wasn’t even changed. They didn’t even ask me which oil change I wanted. They just gave me the most expensive one!! Ridiculous!!

Customer service at the auto shop is good. Service is fast. Easy to make appointments. However I would never recommend this place again. After a Standard oil change I had to have 3000 worth of work on my car. My car isn’t an older car. They didn’t even care to make the situation right. They agreed my car was fine when it came in. Blaming it on a a piece that can break on dodges. But we know it was not broken until they touch it!

I love this shop. The guys are so kind and always work as quickly as they can! I was out in under 20 minutes yesterday!! They never try to upsell me and I never feel conned when they bring an issue to my attention. If I don't want a new air filter, they don't push it, for example. Been coming here for years and probably will as long as I live in Springs.
