I came to this Grease Monkey location and was immediately greeted with kindness. The customer service was prompt and clear. Ed and Nic spoke to me about my car and explained what they completed as technicians. They were respectful and on time, as promised, with a great attitude. It was truly refreshing to experience such excellent customer service. I don’t usually write many reviews, but these guys deserve it. Also, thanks Tre for the great customer service!

They only do fleet vehicles. And they won't actually tell you that, you wait around until you figure out you are absolutely not a priority at all and aren't even wanted there. Oh, and they don't have a code reader. I don't know why they even have a franchise. Don't go here.

Took both my car and my wife’s car there. $100 for a synthetic oil change and they then try to sell you a bunch of add ons, but fail to even perform the basics that are supposed to be included in the oil change - check tire pressure, add windshield fluid, etc…I hope they actually changed the oil and oil filter at least!

These guys were great! They got me In immediately, their waiting room was clean and tidy, they were very friendly and explained all of my options, and they got me out in 15 minutes, as advertised. I don’t know how it could’ve gone better! Update 11/12 Still great! Charles & Tre were really helpful. Clean and efficient as always. Thanks guys!

Cliff and the rest of the guys at Grease Monkey today were our lifesavers. Something was going wrong with my car but I wasn’t sure what was going on. I pulled into the parking lot because this was the first place I saw that might be able to diagnose the issue. Cliff immediately came out and was ready to help me at a moment’s notice, diagnosing the issue and having his manager come confirm everything. From the moment I walked in, they kept me informed every step of the way and didn’t make me feel like it was a hassle or I was just another walk in. They found out the issue was with my oil being COMPLETELY dry, not a drop, even though another place had just changed it a week ago. Had I not stopped by Grease Monkey when I did, I would have blown my engine. I am so incredibly grateful to the guys who work here at this shop. I’ve never had such kind, thorough help from anybody at a car shop before and I will absolutely go out of my way to take my car here from now on for any sort of issues.

What a joke. The young man showed me the dipstick, and said that the oil looked good to change. The issue was that it had been over 4 months since last oil change, so I asked them to change it anyway, please. This is a car with high mileage. The nice young man went back and I heard a voice say that's crasy. Oh, well, I thought. A few minutes later they said they were done, took my money and sent me on my merry way. I noticed my low tire pressure light was still on, and a mile down the road, still on. Hmm, checked it still 28 psi. Filled it myself and 2 hours later, all good. Not only did you not change my oil, but you can't even manage the cursory stuff, like look at my cabin filter, which I knew from last time needed to be changed. Or notice my tire pressure light was on, maybe check the damn tires? Won't be back and will tell everyone i know. No wonder you all have a reputation. 1 star? For what? Looking pretty? 4 guys must have stood around my car laughing at this silly old lady, and sent her out the door with low tire pressure. What is that big pretty sign for that advises your customers about the importance of good tires?

The most efficient service I’ve received at a Grease Monkey. Clifton at store 38 was so friendly, quick and attentive. Would recommend getting your oil changed at this location!

The only reason it’s even getting a one star is because of the front desk representative with curly hair and he was young. He was kind and nice to me and explained thoroughly what was going on. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for an oil change, which is absolutely crazy. The technician that was working on the vehicle before me and my vehicle was sitting down doing nothing when I went outside to go get my charger from the car because that’s how long I was waiting! Unfortunately, I’ll never go here again. Even the lady After me was also upset and said the exact same thing. The actual technician that took care of the vehicles were very rude And did not exude any customer service. One even walked I made and slammed the door. Blessed the front desk guy for having to deal with this crap!
