I got there when they opened. They took me right away. They let me know what they found that should be changed or fixed. I okayed it. Polite and to the point. I was out in 30 minutes. I always go to their shop on 515 So.Federal. I like the way they treat me.👍

I've been going to grease monkey for about 20 some years and they've always taken good care of my vehicle they're nice and kind knowledgeable their manager Manny is always very nice and smiling and the young man Diego that took care of my truck on the 4th of December was a very nice young man I appreciate all the good work good job guys!!!!!!!

I Recently Went To Grease Monkey To Get An Oil Change On My Vehicle And Waited Over Two Hours. So Many Vehicles That Arrived After Me Were Serviced And Left Before Me. I Was Frustrated Because I Couldn't Leave There Was A Car In Front Of Me And Behind Me. The Mechanic Was Having Problems With The Vehicle In The Bay... No Apologies For The Wait... No Updates Of Why It Was Taking So Long. This Is By Far The Worst Service I Have Ever Received At This Location.

I got my battery changed as part of my regular service. When I went to leave it was dead. They got the car started and said it would be fine after some driving. The next day I went to work and when I tried to leave the battery was dead. It seems like they installed a dead battery.

The guys are amazing up there and worked hard to get the transmission dip stick off to come and find out that there wasn't even a dip stick it was just a cap stuck! I appreciate them because my fluid was burnt.

These guys are always quick, respectful and kind and honest. I heard a guy ask about his air filter and they assured him no he doesn’t need to replace it each oil change. Just wait till it’s dirty

I stopped by for an oil change, management was great and so was the staff. Everyone was friendly and very informational. It was done efficiently and my car feels great. Great customer service and good quality work, I will definitely be back!

I went in for an oil change and was extremely pleased with the service—especially with how respectful and professional the young men were! You can get an oil change anywhere, but the politeness and friendliness of the technicians here truly set this experience apart. It was a refreshing reminder that great customer service still exists! I’m usually a bit intimidated when visiting auto shops due to past negative experiences, but this time was completely different. From the moment I pulled up, I felt welcomed and at ease. All the technicians were wonderful but special shout out to Juan, he worked with me directly and he was awesome! I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service with a friendly touch!

Me decepcioné al ver que dicen que hacen cosas y no las hacen. Ejemplo; Mis llantas necesitaban aire el censor me lo estaba marcando y aunque varias veces les pedí que las revisaran no lo hicieron, aunque ellos juraban lo contrario, cuando regrese y les reclame me dijeron que mi sensor no funcionaba "porque ellos si le abian puesto aire" entonces les pedi que delante de mí les pusieron aire y "sorpresa"el censor luego luego las marcó arriba. CÓMO PUEDO CONFIAR EN UNA PROMESA DE GARANTÍA SI EN LO QUE ESTÁN VIENDO MIS OJOS ME QUIEREN ENGAÑAR, NO QUIERO NI IMAGINAR LO QUE NO VEN MIS OJOS
