Usually they’re great but not this time. I used a coupon for $20 off and free new wipers. Upon check out, I asked the attendant if they had replaced the wipers and he told me they didn’t have any for my car and that was that. Then, when I got in my car, my tire pressure sensor was still on and my tires were all showing less than 36 psi. I went back in the shop to inquire about it and the other techs response was “give it a minute and it will reset. I went and ran another errand and it still wasn’t fixed. I took it back to you guys and watched them put air in my tires. After that, it was all good but it obviously was not done initially. Even when I got $20 off, my total was still $92. I expect you to honor your coupons and do your job!

I want thank Brandon for helping me out in a bind my gear shaft came undone about a mile away and he came and helped me out without any question grease monkey has a great guy on there staff.

I’ve been taking my car here for a few years now and have always had a quick and easy experience. My techs this time were Anthony, Ben and Alexis and they were so kind and helpful. I came in in a hurry and in desperate need of a rock chip repair on my (literally) brand new windshield. They had me in and out so fast! Thank you!

Me dejaron líquido regado por el motor y en el cambio de aceite le faltó aceite y tuve que comprar un medio pone más para echarle. Y eso que pagué el servicio más caro $150 para hacer un cambio de aceite para que me hagan un mal trabajo

The Pit Crew team at this location has no clue how to change the oil correctly. I would not recommend that anybody come to this location for an oil change. Your car will be screwed up. Store manager Julian was demoted for some odd reason and the new general manager has no clue how Grease Monkey operates. Only two techs at any given time. Worst experience ever.

Didn’t get all of the services I paid for - and I didn’t realize until I left the shop. Tired not rotated. Wipers not replaced. Not a big deal, but probably worth going somewhere else in the future.

Horrible serivce. The goth looking lady attendant was very rude. I had a simple question about tire pressure and she refused to answer questions and made us wait for 10 minutes just to tell us to pull up front when there were cars behind so we got stuck for a while.

Major shoutout to Julian. A few months ago I had somebody break my Sideview mirror, that being said all the places I went to get it fixed was trying to charge me well over 300$. (With me having bought the replacement mirror myself) Upon getting my fluids changed, Julian told me he and his guys can replace the mirror for 75$ in 30 minutes. Highly recommend this location and this team. I also use to bring my ex's car here and never had any issues. Major Salute

Quite possibly the worst customer service when getting an oil change. I didn't even get an oil change the lady with the eyeliner was SO RUDE! Thanks but I'll go elsewhere.
