Love this place, they do great work and are always quick. Elvin is the most kind, honest, and skilled mechanic I’ve ever met. He’s never tried to charge me for anything extra and will take me to the bay to show me exactly what is wrong with my car when it needs work. Can’t recommend this place enough if you need a great mechanic that won’t try to dupe you! I got a $2700 quote from brakes plus that had some stuff that didn’t need to be touched there. I went to Elvin and he saved me $1100, which is no small lump of change these days. If you need a real, no BS mechanic and quick oil changes come here!! I’d give 6 stars if I could

Over $200 for some oil and an air filter for a 2010 Lexus IS is wiiiiilllllld. Definitely won’t be getting custied by this place again.

Trust me you don't want these guys working on your car. My wife took our vehicle in for an oil change. Came home and said the guy that could barely speak English hassled her into doing a bunch of other work they deemed necessary that she did not request. Lucky she declined most if it but had them replaced some air filters. First problem is they replaced a reusable air filter with some garbage filter instead of just cleaning it. If you are going to force services on a customer you should be able to clearly explain what you are doing and in this case should have cleaned it. Strike one. Lucky she told me this as soon as she got home so I was able to retrieve it from the shop and they offered a discount on the next service because they knew they screwed that one up. Next I checked the work under the hood on the engine filter. The back screw for the air box was never replaced and is now missing. Also the air line to the map sensor was left dangling. Total facepalm! These guys recommended services they cannot even execute on correctly. Strike two. Lastly I checked the cabin filter which is behind the glove box. Opened the latch and the glove box fell off onto the floor. Sure enough it also was not reattached properly. Strike three. Never going back. This shop needs to be complely retrained because they can't even complete basic maintenance properly. I would not put your car in these guys hands given the gross level of incompetence going on at this shop

Absolutely horrible service. Tried to charge me for stuff I didn’t ask for, in addition to charging me for extra quartz of oil that my car did not require… To top it off I waited for so long just for an oil change as while they screwed around and laughed most of the time. Very unprofessional, will not be back.

Convienant location centered right in Colfax. Very nicely maintained and clean inside. Staff were efficient and very professional - not pushy when they offer additional services and such. I think all oil change places always have specials going on so make sure to remember to ask for that. In and out within 30 minutes!

I called in advance bc my battery wouldn't keep a charge, and didn't want my car to stall again at the entrance. I needed road side assistance this week. Had a jump start again to make it to the garage, and was directed right into a slot for repair. Carlos was so helpful, friendly, and efficient. They found the problem right away. Put in new battery and changed some connections. I have been going to the Colfax and Corona Grease Monkey for regular oil change, and other repairs for 20 years. They have always been good to me and my car! I don't know about car repairs, and have always felt supported, not ripped off, with reasonable cost. Thank you Carlos, again.

My stepdaughter brought her car into Grease Monkey #76 back in May 2024. Somehow during the oil change they damaged the AC system which would require new parts from the manufacturer to get the AC repaired. The parts needed to be shipped in. Unfortunately she was moving out of Denver before the parts would arrive. This was all communicated with Ryan from Grease Monkey. They agreed to pay for the repair once she got the car to where she was moving to. Unfortunately, after we got the car repaired, they disappeared, leaving here with over a $1000 repair bill. I have personally changed the oil in this car numerous times. I have no idea how they did so much damage to the car while changing the oil. You are taking your chances brining your car here for even a simple oil change. P.S. when you contact them as they say do to do in the comments, they never respond. It's just an attempt to make themselves look good. They don't care about the people they screw with shotty service.
