I've only ever taken my car here. Today, was not too happy. I pulled in, asked if they had time for an oil change, was told it'd be 20 mins until they could get to my car, which was fine. 20 mins later, my car was done. No one had asked to confirm what oil i wanted etc. I asked the guy checking me out if they could please adjust the alert in my car to the manufacturer's recommended 10k mile alert, and he said, we can't do that and I need to change it every 3k miles. (not the case per the owners manual, and with the synthetic oil). Was told I should YouTube how to change the alert. I don't understand why he couldn't just adjust the alert in my car. I'm not returning at 3k miles and if that's really the practice, it's a poor one. Every time my car alerts me I need an.oil change, for 7k miles, I'll think about how annoyed this made me.

It’s great to find an honest shop that puts customers first. David and Andrew were nice, easy to talk to and very helpful. Work was done quickly and well.

The guy that did my oil change wasn't very descriptive with what each of the services cost before hand. The cost of replacing the oil filter isn't included in the price of the oil change service and it is not advertised that way on the laminated sheet they had on the counter describing the differences. When he showed me how thick the oil had gotten on the dipstick he suggested fuel injector cleaning additives, which I agreed to after he said "it costs about $37. He didn't say that its about $37 for each specific additive and he would need to use each of them. When I saw the final price of about $200 bucks I was kinda frustrated and he said i can take off 15% at the end. When I went to pay and he input the discount he did $15 instead. I didn't care to argue over the difference. To top it all off, the service was supposed to include vacuuming out the floors, and despite the receipt saying it was completed, they did not vacuum. I found out after the fact that I could have gotten the oil change done at Walmart for like $60 bucks and bought the fuel injector cleaning solution myself. I won't be using Grease Monkey again, the "fast food" style and quality of service doesn't work well for something as pricey and important as vehicle maintenance. Pay your employees a higher base wage and you'll attract better employees.

I was getting an oil change and mentioned in passing about my A/C acting up, and the mechanic immediately went outside and had them take a look at it. They quickly found out what the problem was and was able to quote and fix it for me on the spot. Air was blowing cold after and the repair cost was very reasonable. These guys did me a huge favor. Definitely would recommend this shop!
