After my oil change I came home, I went out in the late afternoon and was left stranded because my engine started over heating. I call my husband and he comes to see what happening with my car and sees this. I was left stranded with my two kids in freezing temperatures because of this negligence. Today is thanksgiving so I will have to wait another day to speak to someone. Edit: The store manager Keith personally reached out and fixed all of the issues. Thank you Mr.Keith you deserve 5 stars

I pulled up to get air in my tire and to check my fluids. Lawrence was phenomenal, not only did he check my fluids in my car, he helped a single mother out by cleaning my dusty windows and also duct taping a window that was recently broke. I live in southlands however I will be driving to this location from now on!!!

0/5 Jessie provided horrible customer service. He provided a break down explanation of the services to other customers and he did not give me the same services. I had to ask him several times about my sensors and it was clear he didn’t want to help. He gave me sarcastic looks which devalued my experience 100%

Had a fantastic experience with Ashley. I felt very comfortable explaining my issues and concerns. As a woman, sometimes I feel like car shops can be a bit intimidating but Ashley listened to my problems and was very welcoming! My problems were resolved and again just had a good experience!

My sister has been going here to get her oil changes and Ashley always helps us out, very friendly, efficient and very professional. Whenever my sister has any concerns Ashley always answers all of our questions and is very informative!

The guys were nice- but no one said the price before hand…. $130 for an oil change even with a discount. Why! I’m so mad that I accidentally went here instead of the place down the street. I literally paid double at grease monkey.
