Didn't have an appointment, but I'm always walking past them and they seem so sweet. I swung in and asked if they could change my new plates out for me because I didn't have the tool and they did it, no hesitation, complaints or questions asked. Sweet guys!

Love GREASE MONKEY. I’ve been having my oil changes there for many years. The staff is always warm and friendly, never push repairs, always recommend just what is needed. I’ve never had an issue. The cost is reasonable. Love , love the discount coupons. I’ve even started taking my employees 3 vehicles there.

Attendant that met me gave me a price of around $54.00. When I checked out the bill was $ 89.00. When I mentioned that to the person that checked me out he verified with the attendant the price given to me was 89. It was not. Check-out guy gave me a $25 discount. The guy that meets the customer has a clipboard and a pen. Have them write the price down for the customers benefit and your companies.

I’ve been going here for 20 plus years, never been offered a list of prices of $54, $62, $89 and $115 “oil and oil blends”, and of course they’re out of the 54 and 62. Greed. Lost 2 household cars and will tell family here in area

Professional, fast, efficient, courteous..left me feeling my vehicle was properly maintained until my next oil change. To have a sense of security that all is checked, even tire rotation, is very meaningful to a senior citizen and much appreciated. Thank you!
