I thought ‘Grease Monkey’ was just a name, not a job description. This place is a complete disaster, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. I went in for a serpentine belt replacement, oil change, new tires, and a tire rotation, and they still managed to screw up everything. My oil was low after the change, the belt squealed every time I turned on the AC, and they cross-threaded the lug nuts so badly that what should have been a simple brake and rotor job turned into a two-day nightmare. I had to replace my wheel bearing and CV axle—extra time, extra money, all because these guys are to incompetent to do basic auto work correctly. But the worst part? When I left a bad review, they didn’t try to make things right. Instead, they went behind my back and contacted my employer—the one who had covered part of the cost as a job benefit—to pressure them into making me take the review down. My employer even threatened my job over it. This wasn’t just bad service—it was shady, underhanded, and flat-out wrong. I ended up spending more to fix their mistakes than the original service even cost, plus I lost two full days of my time. Go anywhere else. These people don’t deserve your business.

I was heading out of town and one tire was over 10 lbs less than the others. Even though it wasn't flat (yet) they found a nail causing the issue. They had it patched immediately and I got to my destination safely. Thanks so much!

My family has taken our cars for years to them. They have always been very professional. There was one time years that something wasn’t tightened all the way down or something but by the time my husband got home all the oil had leaked out. My husband called and he came to my house to see what happened and fixed the problem. You don’t find customer service like that anymore. And we have been customers ever since! I always tell people to go here because they are honest and do a great job!

I was referred to Grease Monkey by Auto Tech to get the oil changed in my vehicle. I like that I can have my oil level recheck and top off. Between oil changes.

I love Greece Monkey. They are always fast and efficient. Even if there is a line the wait is never insane. The guys and lady are very welcoming and nice. They let you know what you need but don't make you feel forced to purchase anything. Thanks for being amazing!!

I had an appt for 3pm and I got there early. They gave me a timeframe of 6pm. They had my vehicle done within an hour. I appreciate quick work and they fixed the problem. Definitely would recommend and I will be bringing my car back to this location.
