Always a great experience when I come for oil changes. However… dropped my car off with a list of things for them to do… one of the things I ask is to fix a squeaking in my breaks. I never receive a phone call during the day… so I call towards the end of the day to follow up. They say the car is done. I go pick up the car and they say my breaks are fine but I need new rotors to fix the squeak…. Typically in this situation I’d think the mechanic would replace the rotors since I asked them to fix the squeak. Nothing was done and nobody could tell me why. “Idk and the mechanic left” is the answer i got. 👎🏻👎🏻 two thumbs down for this visit in which I carefully planned to coincide my work schedule. Just call me squeaky I guess

I had an oil bolt stripped out, I was totally scared was going to cost me big, these guys assured me they could do it and didn't charge me a dime to do it, only thing that cost was the oil change! These guys are the best. I recommend them highly, and this is where I'll go for all of my needs from this point forward. Thank you, grease monkeys!

This location is awesome. I’ve been coming here since I was 19 (I’m 24 now), and I’ve received nothing but kindness and transparency. I never feel taken advantage of, and if I have a question, they are always willing to sit down with me and educate me. Plus, the prices are fair! Thank you, Charlie and the crew, for all you do!

Friendly professional staff. Clean were quick and took care of me. Also found a coupon for me. Excellent service. Went out of their way to get me new tires while looking at old tires. Saved me almost $100 a tire.

My vehicle read. “ low pressure oil”… not at all drivable. I was so upset. It was a loud knocking noise also... I started calling around to find out what it could be. Long story short. I called Greese Monkey and the mechanic/manager came out to my place. I cried. He came out checked it out .Had oil to top it off. After checking it out ,he told me what the problem was…l had to get it to the shop. Reasonable price . It was truly a blessing. So happy to be a customer of Greese Monkey they got me right . I really appreciate their amazing service. This is my first review and l have been driving over thirty years… and a customer for almost 10 years .

Although I only went in for a $40 oil change and left with over $800 in services performed, overall it was a good experience. I was able to get these services done quickly and at a more reasonable cost than having them done at the dealership. I will definitely consider Grease Monkey for future vehicle service!

Felt like they pulled my filter out so forcefully that they ripped it up so I had no choice but to buy one because the one they pulled out was in no condition to be put back in the car. Was disappointed with how they forced me to spend more money by ripping it up and taking it out. What if I couldn't afford it at the time? Fortunately, I was and had no choice but to spend more money than expected.

I came here for an inspection only to be told they were going to fail me for a reason I haven't heard of in the last 3 years I've been passing. Anyways I went down the street same day and passed with no issues. My advice is, don't go here

I have been going to Grease Monkey on Staples Mill road for about 3 years. Charlie is the best manager of any business. He is very honest and cares about his customers. They don't try to rip you off by telling you that you need something you don't. Jim the owner and Charlie make sure all employees are trained, well educated and they all are so nice..I drive over 30 minutes just for my oil changes and inspections just because of the great service.
