I've come here a couple times because they send coupons to us in the mail. The last 2 times I had routine maintenance done, the team made mistakes. The first time they did not reconnect my air filter which I discovered a week later, and most recently they did not properly reconnect the drain plug after an oil change, leading to oil spills in our driveway! I had to get the car checked out elsewhere after it was leaking all over. 2 mistakes in 2 trips. I would not recommend going here for routine maintenance.

I recently went to the Midlothian location and had the best service. The entire staff was pleasant and very accommodating. This was my second visit in a few weeks as I had to get a few things taken care of. Both times, they were clear in what I needed, made recommendation's of what was a high priority and explained why. Moreover, I watched as they dealt with other customers, if the customer only wanted one thing, they did not guilt/push them into "other" services. Will definitely be back.

So I use Grease Monkey already for their outstanding service but yesterday I needed my oil changed cause the lights had been lit bugging me! So after work i headed over there not knowing what time they actually close and when I pulled up it was obvious they were already closed but when I actually pulled up a guy still came outside and said im sorry we closed just a few minutes ago but he still offered to change my oil I couldn’t believe it cause now days most people don’t care they just want to go home!! So these 2 guys that closed on Nov.5th went above and beyond so thanks more than you know!!!

Everything went well. The staft was very easy to work with. No pressure at all. I was told everything that my car needed and it was up to needed to say yes or no. I will have to go again.

They were very polite and detailed on what needed to be done to my car . They didn't force the things that needed to be done on me but they explained the importance of it with clear understandable. Every thing was done in great time!

When I pulled up, Grease Monkey was so busy I was told there would be a 30 minute wait before service. So I left, ran some errands and came back in about an hour. I still waited 20 minutes before service. I’m glad Grease Monkey is busy.
