I went for an oil change and informed them that the coolant light was on. I assumed they would check out the reason for coolant loss, not just top off coolant for $5. Are they just grease monkeys that do simple oil changes and top off? The car is now broken down in the middle of nowhere. If they weren’t capable of diagnosing the reason for coolant loss they should have directed me to get it checked elsewhere

Went in for a battery replacement.They are kind and caring, and do everything to make sure you are taken care of. Would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience here. Everyone was very friendly, Chris was very helpful, and I did not feel like I was getting taken advantage of for being a woman needing help with her car. I felt they were very authentic and honest with me. I will definitely be going back.

Update: brought my Chevy Colorado here for oil change. Once again I was pleased with the service. Prompt and thorough. They also showed me the oil level after the change, which I liked because I always feel like I need to double check it myself. I'll keep using their service. Took my Subaru Outback 3.6R here for an oil change. I watched the process. They seem thorough and efficient and conscientious. I have used Grease Monkey in other places and like them.

I had a great experience at Grease Monkey, thanks to Ruston! What started off as a bit of a disaster turned around completely when Ruston stepped in. He stayed late, took charge, and made sure everything was figured out and fixed properly. I could see they were busy and need more techs, but Ruston still took the time to make sure the job was done right. His dedication and problem-solving skills were impressive, and I really appreciate the extra effort he put in. I’ll definitely be back because of his excellent service!

I have gone to Grease Monkey for years and had exceptional service, but this last time was off the charts. I had developed an oil leak on the oil filter mount, which is actually an oil cooler that has two radiator hoses attached to the mount, to cool the oil. I brought my Nissan Armada in to see if they could find the significant oil leak and they quickly found it. "Matt helped me on this and I was so impressed with his customer service. It was most incredible. If I were an employer, I would want him as an employee as he really cared about my problem. He gave me a very reasonable quote and tracked down the seal and scheduled an appointment for me. I brought my car in and they fixed the problem. Matt was working, but stepped out to make sure to let me know if I had any more problems, to bring my car in. I rarely write reviews unless things are really bad or really good. This one is really good! Thanks Grease Monkey and Matt for a job done exceptionally well!

I purhased a replacement car battery at Costco. However, Costco's auto shop does not install car batteries, but referred me to Grease Monkey. Matt at the Grease Monkey in the same parking lot area installed the replacement battery for free. I just drove the car to their shop and he immediately installed the new one. He also let me know that Grease Monkey sells the same brand (Interstate) battey in his shop.

They did a great job, the blonde haired service technician caught a little oil that it filled up in my air filter and was quick enough to catch it and save me a lot of stress later on.

Two stars for oil change and tire rotation. Tried to sell me service my car didn’t need. Told me I needed new wipers. Nope, installed new ones two months prior! Told me my battery’s charge was very low. The battery was new as of May, 2024. Immediately went to O’Reilly for a battery/alternator test since that’s where battery was purchased from. Battery was fully charged and alternator working perfectly! Clerk texted me my receipt but I can’t find it. I won’t go back to Grease Monkey.

Great service. Reasonable price. One of the reasons that I use Grease Monkey is that they never tried to upsell me on other services or products. That has changed now and in a big way. It is annoying to customers to deal with upselling. I wish you would stop.

I had the BEST experience at Grease Monkey! Matthew was the one who helped me, he was so kind to me and took the time to show me what was going on with my car. I was there for barely half an hour, they are quick but they also took their time. I absolutely will be coming back.

I was very pleased with my visit to Grease Monkey! They were very attentive. Recommendations were made for additional repairs were made, but I never felt pressured into doing anything. The gentleman that proceeded to check out was very thorough in making sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this location!
