I would never go to this service center ever again, in life. The customer service is horrific, the communication is non-existent. The funny part now is I made a review already, looks like that was deleted. I never received a follow up, so they know they were wrong and just didn’t care to reach out to at least hear my feedback. If they can’t own up to their lack of service, they can’t be trusted. If you value your car, please don’t take it there. It will not be in good hands.

I used to SWEAR by Hyundai, and as cars, I still do, but this dealership is absolutely horrible!! I have literally never been spoken to as rudely and disrespectfully as I have today. I won't go into the full story, but I have leased cars from this dealership since 2018, and today they made it blatantly clear they could literally care less about me as a customer. The way they have treated me over the past few months is absolutely insane. Will NEVER be coming back here and I will make sure everyone I know never touches this place either. Please do not shop here!! There are way kinder people at other dealerships!!

Visited the service center yesterday to get the software update for a safety recall. I had the appointment booked a week ago. I got the reminder one day before the appointment which is really nice especially because people may forget the date or time. I was greeted by Mark. I have visited so many service centers in the past and I have interacted with so many service personnel but to be honest I have never seen such an amazing person in my life. From the beginning till the end I didn't see his speed or enthusiasm or passion or professionalism go down even 1%. What an amazing person? He is so dedicated and passionate about his job. He wanted to make sure that I left the service center with complete satisfaction. In the future I would certainly ask for Mark whenever I book an appointment for service. Keep up your amazing service. Hats off to you. He is truly an amazing asset for the Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin.

Employees were nice but I had such trouble getting through on the phone to find out an update on my vehicle. I missed their first call, and for multiple times when I tried to get through, I couldn’t. You go through a call center, and when they’d transfer me, no one would pick up. I did eventually get through and the woman helping me made sure to keep me updated until my car was ready.

Mixed review at the moment drove over an hour bought 2 new cars and financing took 4 hours…. Took new car after 2 weeks of being out of alignment back and the sales manager gave me a hard time. Service department seemed nice….

Super nice group of people that work together and make sure the customer is happy! Had my Santa Fe serviced on one of the hottest days of the year and not only did they service it, they ran it through the car wash and had the air on high when I opened the door. Alex was great at letting me know what was happening. Love this place!

This service center literally could have killed me. There was definitely an angel with me that day! To Angie Lutz and Ken Robinson, you need to be in a line of work that does not allow you to be in a customer service role... Get a new job preferably where you are not in charge of any clients! I had my regular oil change done at 16000 miles and they talked me into cleaning and greasing the brake lines... did it.. and....After this i drove down to charleston SC and my brakes went to complete mush on me. I wasnt able to stop and had to pull off in the grass. Luckily i was no longer on the highway when it happened. Spent the entire day waiting to get towed and went to the dealership in the Charleston. This is where they informed me that whomever did your brakes didn't tighten anything anything and parts were loose and falling off.."It almost seemed like they were setting you up, I have no idea how you made it all the way down to charleston aline"... Me neither.. I live in Wilmington and couldnt get back for work in time and missed an entire 12 hour day of pay that they refused to pay me for. They paid for the new brakes and were so rude about the entire situation. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE CENTER THAT COMES WITH IT!! This is a brand new car and the brakes went out due to their negligence.

I took my car in for an inspection at Great Lakes Hyundai Dublin and had amazing customer service/care. The service and tech team were extremely professional and took amazing care of me while I had my car in the shop being inspected. Hal, my service advisor, went above and beyond to make sure my experience was the best and that the car inspection was thorough. Brent at Hyundai Genesis on Morse road (my original car salesman) also went the extra mile for me to make sure everything was okay with my car. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a caring and professional team of people. Thank you Hyundai Dublin!!

Halbest worked to fit us in the day we arrived, even without an appointment. Our engine light had come on and I didn't feel comfortable driving it without determining the cause. As it turned out, it was a faulty sensor, which was covered under warranty. The dealership provided us with a Santa Cruz truck to drive while our vehicle was repaired. The entire event went flawlessly, thanks to Hal and the maintenance department's staff.

My Sales Rep, Herber Luna, did a careful job of being informative and precise about every aspect of the process. Rick the sales manager did a good job of keeping his original promise of beating the competition on price. The leasing representative seemed to know more about selling insurance than leasing but we eventually got it done. The service center was able to install the added trailer hitch but was unable to charge the car while they had it. Electric Vehicles are new to most of us and there is a learning process for us all. Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin has been honest about their has taken full responsibility to make things right as we all learn together. I would purchase from them again.
