I recently took my car to Great Lakes Kia for a routine maintenance check, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! I called to set my appointment, the staff was friendly and was able to get me scheduled quickly. The service advisor, Spencer, took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions without any pressure. The service itself was prompt and thorough. I appreciated that they provided a detailed inspection report and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They also offered recommendations for future maintenance without pushing unnecessary services, which I found refreshing. Spencer was very professional and efficient. In addition my car was ready ahead of schedule!! Overall, I highly recommend Great Lakes Kia Service Dept. for anyone looking for honest and reliable car care. I’ll definitely be returning for my next service!

Great experience having my car serviced here. They offer some nice services (plentiful lounge for waiting, customer drop off service if you don’t want to wait) and the customer service was very good. Would recommend this Kia location for repair or maintenance service.

Pretty good, but I specifically requested the use of Sunbit at the start of the service and unfortunately, there was no follow-up on it.

Sam was who helped when we dropped our car off. Made sure we were well taken care of and even got us set up for a drop off and pickup at Easton while we waited for our service to be completed.

I had a recall on my vehicle. From making the appointment to getting my car serviced was extremely amazing. I'm bad with names. The gentleman that helped me was Great. He was very polite and professional.

Taking away the bench in service check in area makes waiting for your turn awkward . Though the bathrooms were clean the quality of toilet paper is the lowest I have ever used in a public restroom. Could not even tear off a full sheet without it tearing.

Work was completed well and professionally. However, the service took longer than estimated and was way overpriced. After being charged $16 for the replacement battery for my key fob, I realized this will be the last time I take my car for service there.

Wow! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They finished a few minutes early, washed and vacuumed the car, got it spotless, and didn’t charge me or try and tell me anything else was wrong! Thank you, Sam!
